Very happy with Dr Markowicz, who appears to offer the exact surgery I need. My only complaint is that he is so busy that it’s hard to get in to see him!

I had heard nothing, but good things about HSS, but even still was more than happy with my experience. I drove over an hour and it was well worth it. Dr. Connors listened and was very comforting. Everyone was so kind! I am so happy I found all of you.

I was very impressed with HSS. Every area of the hospital I visited was spotless, the grounds outside were beautiful. I was impressed with the how punctual the appointments were; they started at the exact time, which is rare! Dr Lovecchio was very warm, friendly and confident. I felt good about my Dr decision.

Dr. Meng is exceptional. She thoroughly reviewed my previous medical file from another provider. She listened to me, asked smart questions, explained the two different types of inflammation in detail, sent me for additional blood tests, a referral to a vascular specialist for swelling and several fine surgeons for future knee surgeries. Dr. Meng was honest and talked about the hard stuff that I was not wanting to think about. I feel blessed that Dr. Meng is in my corner.

I’ve never had a doctor appointment where I didn’t feel rushed. This was a refreshing experience where I felt the dr listed to all my concerns and took as long as I needed to understand the information he provided.

I had a great experience with HSS. So happy I went here. The staff and doctor treated me with care and were thorough and friendly. The doctor took her time to explain and used models to show me what was happening within my shoulder.

Dr. Kelly explained that I had mostly recovered from my back pain on my own. We talked about the pluses and minuses of epidurals, including with anesthesia, and he asked me to send him a CD of my NYU MRI.

Dr. Grose has amazing "bedside manner". He answers any and all questions so that me, as the patient, understood what he was saying. He also answered the questions asked by my husband and son (39 yrs).

I like Dr Cooke. He is very thorough. But his time management is very poor. I waited 45=minutes and i Was the first appointment of the day.
