She is excellent such a joy to have help me! During the short time I have been with her I see an improvement. She's pleasant, puts you at ease, and has a wonderful personality. The directions she writes down are clear and draws a hand and tells you what to expect.I feel very confindent with Tayor and always look forward to our sessions.

Everyone I come in contact with at HSS is always friendly, courteous, and professional. It is an awesome hospital filled with compassionate caring people. I come from Maryland and the travel is well worth the treatment I have received.

Shaun was amazing. So incredibly knowledgeable and professional... one thing that made him stand out from the providers I've seen up in Rochester where I live is that he actually listened to the questions, processed them, and then answered it precisely. So many medical professionals just hope that the question you're asking them matches up with one of their canned answers, and most just give you the canned answer regardless. This was night and day relative to my previous experiences. I could hardly believe that all I had to do in my very first day at HSS was go down from the 8th floor to the 2nd floor, walk in to the hand therapy unit, and within FIVE MINUTES I get to work with someone like Shaun. It's the way medicine ought to be conducted. I've told everyone who I've seen in the last couple of days all about my experience, with, to be honest, an overtone of wonder. Also... and I know this sounds crazy... but everyone there at HSS was a REAL PERSON with an ACTIVE BRAIN, not just a cog in a system they didn't create and don't much like. I love excellence, and my experience with Shaun and everyone at HSS was excellence of the highest order. It almost makes whatever I've got going in this body (diagnosis imminent!) worth it. :-)

I have been a patient of Dr. Yee for over 20 years. He is very concerned for his patients in all aspects. I think he is an excellent doctor. Dr. Yee is most patient and is an attentive listener. I have complete trust in Dr. Yee.
