All of the staff and the radiologist in particular were very friendly and courteous. Dr. Drakos was very thorough and did not tell me my condition was hopeless, like previous Dr.s had done. He was straightforward and gave me a preliminary plan, which was such a relief.

So glad I went for a 2nd Opinion. Dr Drakos def gave me options that Dr #1 did not. They were not even aggressive options....Just PT which my physical therapist supported. Glad I made the appt.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Drakos he explained everything in detail from the first consultation to the day of the surgery. He is highly skilled and professional I am very grateful for the outstanding care I received at HSS and would highly recommend Dr. Drakos and his whole team of professionals, including his surgical coordinators, case manager, PA and nurses. Best experience with a medical facility I’ve ever had. EVERYONE I’ve come in contact with was very professional and courteous. I never had to wait for my appointments, there facilities were ready for me as I stepped in the door. All questions were answered truthfully and sincerely.

The Staff was helpful & pleasant with my checking in. As was the X-Ray Tech. Dr. Drakos was thoroughl and explained my up coming procedure fully to me.

I had the most amazingly positive experience and care at HSS, not only with Dr. Drakos, but also his entire team at his office, as well as the aids, assistances, both office and medical, and the nurses, and anesthesiologist at the Auxiliary Ambulatory Center. I was able to see the Doctor quickly, also schedule my time critical surgery within a few days. All around: kind, professional, attentive and sympathetic care. I was kept informed, and attended to at all times. Calls and questions were answered promptly and effectively. I will always recommend HSS, and I will in future seek referrals for other medical needs from Dr. Drakos and his team. I will recommend HSS to all my friends, family, clients and professional acquaintances. Bravo for making me feel safe, secure, and in the right medical hands, and hospital. Thank you all, for a wonderful surgery and overall experience. Keep up the remarkable good work.

It was an amazing experience. Saw the doctor on Monday and had surgery the next day. The staff , nurses and everyone were so nice and friendly. I am hoping the surgery was successful and will see dr drakos for our post op in two weeks.
