Overall, I had an amazing experience with the doctor and the office staff, including the office manager. They listened to me quickly got me the help I needed and help me relieve some pain. I am greatly appreciative and I highly recommend.

Dr Campbell potter was so caring, smart, attentive and communicated in a way we can only hope for as patients. The check in process was also great. Hoping to get in sooner for an MRI and was assured I’m on a wait list. Great experience.

Dr. McKenna Campbell-Potter was very professional, looked at me while explaining my knee as opposed to some many health care providers today who only look at their screen

I had arrived very early to my appointment and the staff was very responsive and apprised me that if they can, they will call me...and they did. Also Dr. Campbell-Potter listened very carefully to my leg issue and explained to me what most likely is causing my pain. She was very professional and knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions.

Dr. Campbell-Potter was kind and explained the procedure in depth. She replied promptly when i sent her a mychart message. The staff who was in attendance was also great - all in all it was actually a fun experience.

i came to HSS after being told by numerous surgeons in 2 states that no one could help me and they were out of referrals. I found a surgeon at HSS who said I needed to come back into the HSS system for new imaging and secured an appt after many referrals to this provider. We had a long talk what my expectations were and how I thought she might be able to assist me. After my MRI, she was very helpful with explanations and referrals to other providers.

Dr. Campbell-Potter listened and understood that I want to stay active (taking ballet classes). She gave me suggestions in how to keep from re-injuring myself and had me work with physical therapists, whom she trusted to help me continue to heal.

Dr. Campbell-Potter was extremely helpful and clear in her description of my problem by showing me current and prior x-rays and what was causing my pain. She spent the time with me and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all, I was fortunate to have had such a knowledgeable and personable doctor at my visit.

The doctor and staff were incredible very professional and the best orthopedic I ever went to by far she gave me a few choices about which way we go on healing my right meniscus and feel so much better and it’s only been a couple of days since I’ve seen the doctor. She’s unbelievable. She’s the Mrs. Michael Jordan of the WNBA.

Presented with very painful hip - thinking I may need a joint replacement. After reviewing X-rays & reviewing progression of symptoms in detail, Dr Potter proscribed a cortisone shot. I was back on tennis court 48 hours later with zero pain, stiffness or discomfort.
