I am a physician, which became obvious to Dr. Campbell-Potter after a few minutes, so her responses to me were appropriately more technical than they would be to a layperson.

The doctor and staff were incredible very professional and the best orthopedic I ever went to by far she gave me a few choices about which way we go on healing my right meniscus and feel so much better and it’s only been a couple of days since I’ve seen the doctor. She’s unbelievable. She’s the Mrs. Michael Jordan of the WNBA.

Presented with very painful hip - thinking I may need a joint replacement. After reviewing X-rays & reviewing progression of symptoms in detail, Dr Potter proscribed a cortisone shot. I was back on tennis court 48 hours later with zero pain, stiffness or discomfort.

Dr. Campbell-Potter made me feel valued as a patient and was very personable. Her explanation of my condition was clear and concise. Her exam seemed thorough and made me feel listened to. She took allayed my anxiety regarding the next steps and I left with a clear picture of how to proceed and what to expect.

Dr Campbell-Potter is a plus to HSS. She was compassionate and knowledgeable. Great leader of your team. Her team helped be recover completely and feel like I can play sports and have an active lifestyle as I age. Very thankful to have an organization close to home.

Dr. Campbell-Potter started by shaking my hand and introducing herself by her first name. She asked me why I came to see her and while I answered, she listened intently. She talked with me about what her thoughts were regarding my health issue, as well as next steps, then asked me what questions I had. She took time to really listen to me and gave me the time needed to work with me. She is truly an exceptional doctor.

Dr Campbell-Potter was Excellent, congenial, professional, affable, and very easy to work with! She was exceptionally thorough and took time with us to answer any and all questions. We feel that HSS Continues to Provide Superlative Service from the moment someone answers the phone, or welcomes you at the main check in desk, Your Staff and Doctors are Fabulous, Your Physical Therapists are a cut above as well. We continue to feel that HSS is THE VERY BEST there is for Scheduling, Welcoming and Check in, Dr Evaluation, Assessment, Surgery, Post Surgical Visits, and Physical Therapy following Surgery. We have, and will continue to let everyone know that our preference will continue to be to work with HSS in the event of any major injuries!!

Dr, Campbell-Potter provided exactly what I needed for a new small condition, She listened to my description, showed the X-ray and explained the irrelevant information derived, reviewed treatment options and offered to be available online during her vacation to establish another appointment immediately post the holidays. I couldn't have imagined a better appointment. Clone her! Many thanks to her and you all!

Dr. Campbell-Potter is very well qualified. Renders care with compassion and professionalism. Would not be treated anywhere else. Have been a patient since 2012. Staff is always courteous.

Dr. Campbell-Potter put my mind at ease as she examined me and my CT scan. Using an ultrasound, she proceeded to extract fluid from my shoulder and give me a shot of cortisone. My pain was gone! No surgery! Dr. Campbell-Potter was extremely pleasant & professional.
