Provider was selected to provide gel injections & after a wait of 1 1/2 months, advised at the appointment that he does not provide those injections.

My consultation with Dr Shen was just what I had hoped for. He took the time to explain my condition and the course of action he felt I should take. He answered each and every question my wife and I asked. We will be following his advice. I must mention PA Kaitlyn. We met with her prior to meeting with Dr Shen.
