As a patient of Dr Rodeo for many years I have benefited from his skills as a surgeon and researcher. He is an outstanding educator. Every time I see him he takes the time to answer all my questions and he is an excellent communicator.

Dr Rodeo is the best. He listens and answers any questions in language you understand. No question is stupid, he cares and makes sure you understand his answers.

This is my second surgery with Dr. Rodeo. My outcomes are have been excellent. I regularly refer patients to him as a physical therapist.

I have had quite a few surgeries done by Dr. Rodeo. Not only do I think he is the BEST surgeon ever, he is so kind and always makes me feel comfortable. He always takes plenty of time with me whether it be on the phone or at an office visit. He explains EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! I have had only GREAT experiences with Dr. RODEO over the many years he has been treating me!!!!

The trip/parking to NYC from NJ is usually a challenge, but it is all worth while after meeting with Dr Rodeo, his staff and the staff at HSS!!

The front desk staff were amazing and go the "extra mile". I left my backpack in the MRI changing room and one of Dr. Rodeo's front desk people walked down and got it for me.

The surgeon is personable and greeted us in the elevator and walked us into the lobby on the day of surgery. He called me prior to the surgery on the day of her CT scan after his scheduled surgeries. To me, this personal attention on an evening going into the the weekend was well above and beyond my expectations and I truly appreciated his outreach. Additionally, he and his staff both followed up with us post surgery. His explanation and surgical recommendations were clear, but fluid meaning they may have to do more to stabilize the shoulder. They did, but I'm grateful that he addressed the matter and advised me that it was likely going into the surgery. I strongly recommend both him and the hospital for orthopedic care.

After rotator cuff surgery & knee replacement I can definitely say Dr Rodeo is a “rock star” of surgery.
