Dr. Gausden was amazing. I am profoundly grateful for her expertise. She is an extremely experienced surgeon with excellent bedside manners, she is very kind and takes the time to answer all your questions. My surgery went very well. I am very thankful to Dr. Gausden and her wonderful team. I would highly recommend them.

I consulted several orthopedists before my consultation with Dr. Gausden. I am young (mid-40s) to consider a knee replacement, and I simply didn’t like the guidance I was receiving elsewhere. Dr. Gausden took the time to understand my case, and I felt confident in her plan of care. So far, so good! I will be making my appointment for the second knee soon and would recommend HSS to anyone in need of orthopedic care.

Dr. Gausden was terrific. Very skilled and competent. She answered all my questions. The procedure went smoothly. I would have like to have just a little more time with her both before and after surgery. It felt as if she was pressured to be doing so many procedures.

I am in love! Dr Elizabeth Gaudsen is just wonderful. Both my knee replacement surgeries gave me back my life. I have heard such horror stories from friends and relatives who had the same surgeries I had but experienced such unbearable pain which I have not encountered with Dr. Elizabeth Gaudsen.

After struggling with hip pain for years, Dr Gausden instantly made me feel comfortable with the decision to have a hip replacement. I trusted her instantly and now 10 days post op, I am confident that this was the best decision. The recovery has been amazing so far and the care at HSS is top notch.

Although it was out of state, for the Surgery, I was really impressed by all the staff during my intake on Friday and the Surgery staff on Monday. I received excellent care during my overnight stay and on Tuesday morning.

Dr. Gausden has been excellent!, as has been her entire team. Her PA Kayla is truly amazing and always available to answer questions and address needs. She is a tremendous asset to the practice. Samantha Taylor has been very helpful as well. The entire practice is very responsive, courteous and provides excellent care and comfort! I recommend her highly!

My surgeon was excellent, she was friendly, professional and inspired confidence, and judging from my recovery two weeks out, and from what I read in her surgery report, a real pro completing the job in 1 hour 12 minutes. Nothing short of impressive imo!
