Dr. Milligan was outstanding! He took the time to walk me through both an x-ray and an MRI of my knees, explaining in detail my condition, as well as the next steps on the road to recovery. He listened intently and provided thorough answers to my questions. STRONGLY recommend.

The most efficiently run and expertly qualified medical organization I know...and that's over the course of some 15 years of turning to HSS for care. From spine surgery to shoulder pain to a micro achilles heel tear....uniformly the very best there is.

I felt there was not a lot of discussion about my options for my knee issues other than replacement and which doctor did I want to use for the replacement. I decided to go to HSS in New York City, wherein Dr. Halpern gave me PRP injections. I am experiencing some relief but replacement may be inevitable at some point

I was very impressed with his ability to access my current situation and willingness to address other issues and make referrals. Also , thrilled to know I can phone his scheduling person rather than doing everything on line. He explained the effectiveness of talking directly with her.
