I have had surgery before with Dr Long and his team They are exceptional providers with not only exceptional surgical/medical skills but treat you as a person. No matter how busy they take the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. Surgery comes with risks and fears. Dr Long and is team made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Long is a busy man, but when he is talking with you he gives you his undivided attention and makes you feel like you are his only patient. And, of course, he is an outstanding surgeon.

Dr. William Long had been highly recommended to me by a my family friend who is a previous patient of his. I believe my friend's words were along the lines of "Dr. Long is the only doctor" I should be considering for hip replacement surgery due to his expertise and experience. I am very glad I followed the advice, because I already feel this surgery has been life changing - I am able to do things I have not been able to do in several years and I had thought I would not been able to again. Dr. Long's approach to me as a patient has also been outstanding. He has been friendly, compassionate, and a very good listener.

Dr Long replaced both my hips in 2018. Saw him for a knee issue. Brilliant surgeon!!

While in surgery for patella resurfacing, DR Long also addressed a previously unknown sleeve injury and extensive scar tissue, and ligament notching to promote flexibility.

When I had questions concerns at needed something Dr Long and his team responded quickly , especially Mr [ ] getting my FMLA and Disability papers completed his assistance was above and beyond when I had my hip replacement last year and now my knee replacement

Dr. Long has an amazing bedside manner. When he visited he had my husband and I laughing. He also provided comfort to my husband and spent time talking with him while I was in recovery. Explain the procedure, limitations, etc

I absolutely love my doctor and his PA's, especially Dvorah [ ]. She is so helpful. Also, Fausto, who helps me with my appointments and letters and things I need. I love HSS and the wonderful care I get there. thank you for helping me and always treating me with respect and care.
