From the young ladies that checked me in to spending time with Dr Long and Devora, it makes the appointment go much easier. I like the fact that they listen to you and explain options and speak to you as a person.

Can't say enough good things about your providers and facility. From the greeter, to John the X-ray tech, to Dvorah the PA, and of course Dr. Long-every time I am at HSS, I feel like I am the most important person in the world. Thank you!

He is both friendly and comes across as very knowledgeable. I liked that he took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed. He walked me thru the procedure and shared a lot of details specific to my situation that gave me confidence that I had chosen the right surgeon.

I have had surgery before with Dr Long and his team They are exceptional providers with not only exceptional surgical/medical skills but treat you as a person. No matter how busy they take the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. Surgery comes with risks and fears. Dr Long and is team made me feel comfortable.

Dr. William Long had been highly recommended to me by a my family friend who is a previous patient of his. I believe my friend's words were along the lines of "Dr. Long is the only doctor" I should be considering for hip replacement surgery due to his expertise and experience. I am very glad I followed the advice, because I already feel this surgery has been life changing - I am able to do things I have not been able to do in several years and I had thought I would not been able to again. Dr. Long's approach to me as a patient has also been outstanding. He has been friendly, compassionate, and a very good listener.
