Efficiency, clarity, extraordinary medical service. Everything promised was delivered. Appreciated the inclusion of physical therapy as part and parcel of what others consider only a surgical procedure. It has made a huge difference to me compared to experiences elsewhere.

Could not have had a more reassuring experience at HSS. Dr. Bostrom was the best. Answered my questions, reviewed my history, explained things clearly, was very patient with us, respectful and kind. Clearly very, very competent. I immediately chose to go ahead and schedule my surgery with him and w ill be coming from California for the two procedures.

Dr. Bostrom performed an excellent TKR. I have 95% full flexion and extension. He is a very caring physician.

I have a long relationship with Dr. Bostrom dating back to the 1990's when he repaired meniscus tears on both knees. I spent a lot of time and money traveling from Gainesville Florida to have my left knee replaced based on my prior experiences, his very high level of ability and his dedication to forwarding the medicine through conducting research and publishing. As an Assistant Professor at a college in Gainesville Florida, I have limited funds and many choices.I still chose HSS and Dr. Bostrom and will do so again in May when I have my right knee replaced.

Love everything about hSS . The ease of getting a hold of anyone ,the speed of getting all my question answered in incredible . This is going to be my second knee replacement surgery and I’m so thankful I get the same amazing surgeon and with that his just as amazing staff!

The staff at HSS is the BEST staff in the world! Dr. Bostrom's office staff is incredible as is Dr. Bostrom. Everyone from the person who checks me in at the lobby to the people who help you sign in for the x-rays to the x-ray tech is wonderful, caring and professional. My provider, in this instance, was a PA or was another physician and she was very attentive and informative. Patiently she responded to all of my concerns. After her visit with me and my then waiting for ten minutes or so, I was informed that my original surgeon was busy with another patient. I chose not to wait any longer.
