Dr Bostrom is wonderful. He did my first knee replacement 10 years ago and I would only go back to him. His staff are so kind and amazing and everyone at the hospital are fantastic. Everyone at the hospital and in the operating room were so kind and caring Truly the best

Dr Bostrom Took my case and completed a well-thought-out rounded expert diagnose within a few weeks, whereas my last consult took six months. I also appreciated his honesty, sincere personality, and his staff!!

Dr. Bostrom is wonderful! He explains things to me in a simple way to understand. HSS is the best, and I would not trust anyone with orthopedic needs other than Dr. Bostrom and HSS.

This was my first visit to the NYC Hospital and I was very impressed by how seamlessly everything went. All staff were courteous and helpful navigating me around. Dr. Bostrom and his staff were wonderful. They were very caring and genuinely concerned with diagnosing me. They listened and took their time with me and I never felt rushed like I had at another facility from the past. They ordered many tests that I had not anticipated and everything was well-organized and flowed seamlessly. From my experience, your facility is top notch and I would highly recommend anyone to make the trip for truly quality of care.

Dr. Bostrom replaced both of my hips in 2012. I have had NO problems with them since. This is why I returned for my knees. I truly appreciate his listening and caring. I have complete trust in his assessments.

This is my second knee replaced by my surgeon. I had so much "fun" with the right knee last sumer, I came back again to do the left knee.

I'm impressed by how uniformly helpful and situationally aware your staff are; how clean everything is.
I say this coming from a background of being in charge of all the back-of-the house operations
for a large 7 acute care hospital network in NYC for 20 years. Even the curb/sidewalk area at the front door were modified to provide an even surface when one transitions from a vehicle into the building with traction provided by the choice of material on the sidewalk. It puts a smile on my face each time I visit Dr. Bostrom at this site. There are other things I saw like that as well - a good marriage of form and function. It's clear a lot of thought has gone into making this site user friendly to those you serve. Thank you.

This was my third joint replacement surgery with Dr. Bostrom. Not only did everything go totally smoothly but I had no pain throughout the whole process of post surgery. The information communications exceeded any expectations I have ever had in a medical process. The staff is the best of the best, including all the wonderful professional caring nurses, the assistants and everyone we came in contact with. I have told everyone who has asked me about my surgery that I could not imagine having orthopedic surgery anywhere else!

Could not have had a more reassuring experience at HSS. Dr. Bostrom was the best. Answered my questions, reviewed my history, explained things clearly, was very patient with us, respectful and kind. Clearly very, very competent. I immediately chose to go ahead and schedule my surgery with him and w ill be coming from California for the two procedures.
