Dr. Sgrignoli spent time to find out what is ailing me. Explained things in words I can understand and answered any questions I had. Best is that, he did not have the attitude and bedside manner of a neurologist!

Dr. Sgrignoli immediately made me feel comfortable when he said "call me Nick"! Never had a doctor do that. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail.

My visits to HSS have always been marked with adherence to the scheduling. I had encounters with 3 nurses as well as Dr. Sgrignoli. I never had to wait more than three minutes throughout the entire appointment. I blocked out two hours for the appointment but was done in an hour.

I came to HSS because of the excellent care you gave my husband. I truly like the doctor, who is new to my family. I was impressed with how he interacted with me and my husband, with his knowledge, and with his course of treatment. I would definitely recommend him to others and look forward to being his patient.

Dr. Sgrignoli is just the best!! Always positive and has worked great with me to keep my knees working well and little or no deterioration this past year which was great news. The shots are working great so far and combined with Joint Effort gyn an over 55 gym who works with me on balance and trouble areas like my knees I am doing extremely well with all my mobility and balance, Most important at my age!
