From the moment I called the office, to checking in at the front desk, HSS staff were extremely professional and courteous. Dr. Waldman was exemplary in the time he took to discuss my condition, show me the actual MRI scans, explain to me different kind of spinal conditions, how mine compared, treatment options, and next steps. Made me feel like I would get the right treatment here. Have in the past and would continue to recommend Dr. Waldman and Dr. [ ] specifically, and HSS in general, for anyone needing orthopedic care, even if you have to drive 90 minute from Connecticut!

Dr Waldman is a very special physician. Of course he is an expert in his field . What makes him special is his level of care and concern for the patient . Diagnosis / treatment plans are carefully explained
( repeated if necessary ) and patient is listened to and partnered in treatment plan .
