Dr. O’Connell is excellent in every way. This the second time I went to her with a knee issue. The first issue is fully resolved. I’m confident that this time will be the same. She’s excellent.

Dr.O’Connell was professional, thorough,knowledgeable, caring (not necessarily in that order) and spent a good deal of time with me .

The doctor and her medical assistant treated me with kindness, dignity, and respect. It was clear that the entire staff loved what they did and it showed through in their interactions and the way they treated their patients. The medical assistant was kind and very helpful. I also felt better with the demonstration that the doctor used to explain my condition and immediately felt better after seeing her because I was in hands that were not only competent but caring.

I was late for my appointment due to traffic coming from Jersey . She was still able to fit me into her schedule which I greatly appreciated!!!

Dr. O'Connell was wonderful. She listened carefully to my concerns and very clearly explained (showing me the x-ray) what was causing my symptoms as well as how to resolve the problem. She also has an excellent "bedside manner." I would definitely return to see Dr. O'Connell should the need arise.

I had been to 2 back specialists, had an mri and an emg. I was awaiting an appointment for an epidural. I went to Dr. O’Connell because my wife made me. I’m awaiting confirmation, but in 10 minutes based upon actually listening and doing an evaluation, She diagnosed me. Should she be proven correct, an epidural would have been a terrible idea. As I said to her, I had been to HSS for 2 meniscus surgeries, I live 3 hours away, and yet shame on me for not going there first. There is HSS, and everyplace else. Thank You !!

Dr. O'Connell took a personal approach to me, so lacking in general medical care these days. Most medical staff are buried in computers when consulting.
