My experience at HSS was positive. The staff I interacted with were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The intake process went smoothly and seamlessly from initial intake to the X-ray and being seen by physician assistants to the arrival of the doctor. The doctor was knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. He patiently explained his findings and proposed treatment in a language easily understood by the patient. He listened to patient’s questions and concerns which he explained in a language that’s easily understandable and reassuring.

Dr Conti is an excellent surgeon. He has fixed my right foot that was basically deformed and 2 other surgeons have failed.
He is very humble and a compassionate doctor. He explained this surgery prior to 8/14 and again on 8/14.

Dr. Conti has been outstanding in his care of me to date. He has explained all of the options for my condition and helped me confidently choose a go forward treatment plan, including a successful surgery. He was both kind and generous with his time pre and post procedure. I really appreciate his care and effort on my behalf and that has materially destressed this event in my life.

Best medical experience to date ... Dr. Conti is an amazing surgeon - I felt his ability to communicate the procedure was perfect - simple yet thorough. My experience from start to finish was wonderful with all staff I came in contact with. Geraldine was my go-to-girl .. always helpful and available.

Dr. Conti - you are absolutely incredible. You’re an amazing surgeon and even better human being. Thank you for your patience in explaining everything and for the incredible work you’ve done on my Achilles. Going out of your way on a day you were not even supposed to be there. I could tell by your interaction with the student shadowing you that you are a great teacher and I truly hope your students absorb the technical and human lessons that go into becoming a trusted and compassionate surgeon. Dr. Conti is terrific. HSS is my only go-to hospital for any orthodedic issue. I have had many surgeries there since 2010 -- for my knees, shoulders, hand and now feet. I trust them completely.

Dr. Conti is a great surgeon. This was my 3rd surgery. I have never had any pain or any other issues after each one. He is also a lovely person. I have let everyone know that if they have any foot issues.

I came to Dr. Conti for a second opinion because I was not satisfied with another doctor’s examination or diagnosis of my foot pain. Dr Conti and his staff were very thorough, answered all of my questions clearly, corrected the other doctor’s diagnosis and came up with a much clearer and more acceptable treatment plan.
The other doctor told me to get some orthopedic shoes, reduce my walking to the bare minimum for the rest of my life and to stop dancing completely. The other doctor did not even notice that the recent pain sharp pain in my left foot that sent me looking for medical help was not consistent with the arthritis diagnosis she made entirely from an x-ray.
Dr. Conti’s treatment plan addressed both conditions and he also reassured me that I can continue my normal activities.

Dr Conti treated me like family. He reassured me and comforted me when I was facing a challenging surgery. I’m only 11 days post op and I know I have a long road ahead of me but I feel confident that I’m going to be just fine.

Dr Conti and PA Eric Johnson were fantastic. They both listened and were curious about my challenges and asked good follow-up questions. Dr Conti explained his concerns in a language that I understood and was patient with my questions and concerns. He has an excellent bedside manner and was thoughtful in his care.
