The staff at the sign in was especially cheerful, polite and was seemingly helpful. This Doctor was one of the best I’ve ever encountered. Polite, introduced himself, cheerful, shared his findings in such a way that what I was there for was explained on a level that I understood. Will definitely make him my go to doctor for the areas he specializes in.

Dr. Brusalis truly showed professionalism, skilled knowledge, and compassion. Amazingly, considering my severely compromised autoimmune issues I am making a remarkable recovery with extremely minimal if any pain! I appreciated seeing my before and after x-rays, and having all my questions answered by his PA. Steven as well as himself. I appreciated the paperwork that was signed so my daughter was able to take a leave of absence from work and come and care for me alongside my husband. I feel very blessed to have had my surgery done at a number one ranked orthopedic surgical hospital with an exceptionally outstanding globally recognized surgeon as Dr. Brusalis.

Dr. Brusalis has been great. He made me feel good about my shoulder pain, that I have been in for a month. For he knew what was wrong with me after looking at my MIR and x-rays I told my Hair Dresser that I would recommend him to anybody because the man knows what he’s doing.

Dr. Brusalis is an extremely intelligent doctor. He provided excellent care before my surgery and after. It’s been over a year since my surgery and I feel terrific. Dr. Brusalis is also courteous and explains everything carefully. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Clear. Efficient. Responsive. Non-alarmist. Informative. Provided a context where trust can be established quickly by stating “this is my world”; if I can’t have trust in his knowledge, skills, expertise and comprtence, acquired over an extensive period of study, training, and, experience, I cannot trust anyone.
