This was my first experience with HSS Now and I was very happy with it. My physicians assistant was extremely friendly and kind and a good listener. She ordered x-rays and they happen quickly and she reviewed the results with me right after that. I was very satisfied because we made a plan for the current situation and a plan if things do not resolve in a month. This is great to have HSS Now because they online appointment scheduling for the doctor I have usually seen for a situation of a new problem is about six weeks.

Felicia was outstanding. She reviewed my X-rays with me in terms I could understand. She explained her diagnosis and treatment plan, answered all my questions in a calm, unrushed fashion. Very professional
