Entire experience was overall completely exceptional. I wouldn’t go to any other doctor than Dr. Allen.

I was so pleased with dr. Allen and his PA. They answered so many questions. They were so knowledgeable and caring. When I’m ready for surgery, Dr. Allen will definitely be the doctor.

This was my first experience with HSS everything was executed with a high level of service and accuracy. I was greeted with professionalism competency, and Dr Allen and his team are incredible at what they do. I know I’m in the best of hands and with strongly suggest HSS and Dr. Answorth.

This is my second time at HSS. Everything about it creates a superior experience; the facility itself is well designed and spotless. More importantly, everyone I've interacted with... the lunch counter clerk, security personnel, desk assistants. p.a's and doctors are STELLAR PEOPLE!!!

Always a pleasure working with the staff at HSS. They are professional and made an uncomfortable situation as painless and smooth as possible. My schedule and commute proved difficult but they made accommodations that helped tremendously!

Everyone we interacted with was kind, patient and comforting. We felt cared for and in expert hands. We received all relevant information in a clear communication and the team was readily available to answer questions. Follow up was prompt and helped us feel comfortable for the recovery period, making sure things were proceeding as expected and we had everything we needed. And again, very patient as we had more questions as we settled into the logistical minutiae of recovery.

We felt seen and heard and treated as individuals / real people in every interaction. That combined with his pleasant, calm and engaging demeanor had us feeling comfortable and confident in being under his care. His skills were never a question.

The experience waiting to here about my injection with was very poor I waited 4 weeks for a response, I was shocked I reach out to the office via MyChart and several calls took weeks to respond!

We are so lucky to have had Dr Allen perform our daughter's procedure. Obviously no one ever wants to see their 17 year rupture their ACL and require surgery but Dr. Allen's skill and confidence put us at ease.
