My first visit was long overdue and I was somewhat anxious. From check in to check out, I experienced genuine concern and respect. Dr. Lawson and Gina were engaged with me as a patient and a person. Never rushed, I was heard, and was offered options going forward. I was very pleased with this first encounter.

Professional, good listener warm and kind. Samantha Haken has been an excellent provider for me. She afforded me the time I felt I needed to answer all of my questions. She has ordered all the necessary texts for me, one of them lifesaving. A very thorough health check. After tryin a couple of other physicians, I happily found Dr Samantha Haken and recommended her highly.

Dr Philip is a wonderful doctor. She is kind, caring and professional. She takes time with you and answers all questions. She is very thorough and really cares. I love having her as my doctor for 7 years.

During my recent visit , with my healthcare provider, i found both her and the staff to be incredibly helpful and supportive. In light of my lack of adequate medical insurance, and relatively low income status, i was pleased when the nurse on staff provided me with an application for financial assistance that I did not know was available to me. I am beyond pleased with the care that I have always received at this medical office, and will definitely recommend their services to anyone I know.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I can honestly think of nothing off the cuff that I could suggest be done to improve my experience. Overall, everything was done to my complete satisfaction, from reception to meeting with the doctor.

I've always had great care from Danielle. I was sorry to hear that she was leaving. I plan to continue care there with another provider that she set me up with.

Response to questions and medical needs, patience with myself as I can be difficult at times.

Not make me be sober for 6 months In order to get neurological/mental health testing to get a proper mental health assessment.

No wait time! Although it takes months to get an appointment. However, they do have a policy if you call by 7 AM you can get an appointment that day, which is fabulous!!!!

I never had to call again to get an appt., to request again for a medication, to get a service i needed ir requested even if it was for a service they didn't directly provide. That is remarkable in this medical care day and age.😁
