Dr Sawaya is always asking for my input and seems to value my opinion on my child. She is great with explaining things and answering my questions so that I can better understand. She is very respectful and treats me and my child with respect.

I really like Dr Smits, she listens and seems to care, she has a good handle on what she can do and what she need to send you out for. She involved my husband and I appreciate that. Her staff is very nice always professional.

This is why I picked a woman doctor I think a woman doctor has more feelings about treating a woman. She is kind always smiling and always gives me information about what I'm taking.

Rachel is very caring and listens to concerns I have concerning my health and well-being. She is easy to talk with and together we come up with a plan to address any health concerns.

It is very difficult to get an appointment for non acute issues. I do not like having to make an appointment to ask for a referral to a specialist that I have seen before. I also don’t understand why I cannot see a NP or PA if one is available. I was told I “have to” see my provider. That’s hard to do if she is booked out months.

The outcome of my visit with Dr. Rocker was as expected but my interaction with him was a bit disappointing. As a new to me resident doctor, Dr. Rocker did not even introduce himself when he entered the room. I had to process that for a minute because he looked slightly similar to the previous resident doctor I had. He was wearing an identification badge but a simple introduction goes a long way on a first meet. Secondly, it became apparent very quickly that Dr. Rocker had not reviewed any of my extensive medical history prior to beginning our interaction. Lastly, I am used to seeing a staff doctor at the end of my appointments here. That did not take place at this visit for whatever reason.

Dr. Dang went over every aspect of my health history and made changes where needed in scripts. She was very informative about many items other doctors ignored. I felt I was finally in the hands of a very caring and highly qualified doctor. There was even follow-through the next day through my portal. I feel very satisfied to have found such a great doctor so close to where I live.
