A few years ago my doctor retired. I went to another physician and just couldn’t connect or communicate with him. I chose to go to Dr. Kerwin and was not disappointed. She is so knowledgeable and is a great communicator. I highly recommend her.

I have always been treated very well by Dr phala and her entire staff. They are all extremely caring and friendly. Dr. Phala is very thorough and goes over every thing she is doing and explains why and what type of tests she is setting you up for. Love her and the entire staff

Dr Ockenfels has been our family physician for over 30 years and we are so grateful that we went to him. He is not afraid to refer us to another physician who may have better experience in our problem. We highly recommend him.

Though I was aware she's an intern and new, I was disappointed in that the doctor never asked me questions to get to know me, about any of my history or current medical situations. She was more focused on my vaccinations. The conversation was very confusing since my vaccination record at Midland hospital did not match the drug stores. Eventually she did clear that up, but it was still a disappointment. And not what I was hoping for my yearly checkup with the new physician.

Cora Pavlik was the first doctor I’ve ever seen that made me feel 100% taken care of. She was the first doctor I’ve had that acknowledged my PTSD and explained to me how some of my health problems may be connected to that. On top of it all, Dr. Pavlik was extremely kind and professional, and she explained everything thoroughly. I left with no questions!!

She's very busy sought after Dr yet I never wait more than 5 minutes. They use a well programmed office/healthcare system, and are located across the hall from a great lab that accepts my insurance too.

Eric cares about outcomes and my comfort while getting to those outcomes. He values my actual lived experience. When I asked about more help dealing with a bad cough, he considered additional medicines to help.
