Monday was the last visit I will ever have with Dr. Chan after knowing her for almost 10 years. I was surprised when she came into the room without greeting me. I know everyone has bad days but this was out of charactor. She then brow beat me for not having a mammogram done. Then proceeded to tell me she was not a pediatrician! I'm sorry when do doctors have the right to belittle their patients? I left basically in tears after she repeated she was not a pediatrician stance. I'm sorry this was hurtful and degrading. She made the same statement out at the desk with a nurse present. I did call the next day to talk to her but she never called me back. I'm was embarrassed enough and I'm currently looking for another doctor. No recommendations for anyone to be treated this way.

Excellent, I went to the office expecting to have a sinus infection. Ashley highly suggested a chest ex-ray. It was determined that I had Pneumonia. Antibiotics were adjusted.

Dr. K is an awesome doctor who actually listens thoughtfully and usually gives options to your specific issue. He's intelligent and articulate but has a great sense of humor as well. He truly cares about his patients.

Always a great visit. We love Dr Hamilton, Kelli and Shannon. We also enjoy the front desk girls. They smile and are kind. They acknowledge my children. Seems like a great place to work.

Dr.Zimmer and Nurse Shelby have been awesome to me. Both listen to me and work with me to help me understand whatās going on. I love and study the human body on my own.(mechanical mind, I have a desire to know). They both know this and always help me to connect the dots so I can make better choices for my health. I am pleased with my care with Dr Haken and with My Chart and the portal. I called two difttimes for different issues. Follow up with office staff getting back to me did not occur.

Dr Reichmann is a phenomenal physician. He is going above and beyond to serve our community and take care of his patients. The fault with our doctor shortage lies with MyMichigan and its business/recruitment practices. Our excellent doctors should not have to shoulder this burden and responsibility. Dr Reichmann should be given the budget for a staff necessary to run a bustling clinic. MyMichigan should be doing everything possible to recruit more doctors to our area. While I understand there are challenges unique to rural medicine, and that geographic competition is fierce, MyMichigan should also be aware of these difficulties and prepared to meet them. What will happen if this system overworks the wonderful providers we do have? What will happen when someoneās care falls through the cracks and the consequences are irreversible? Healthcare may be a business, but it succeeds only if patients get the care they need, not simply if you can put money in your bank.
