There is good coordination between the medical people and other staff. The offices of MidMichigan don’t always co-ordinate between the various offices though. My provider doesn’t always learn directly from other offices.

This appt. was running behind on time but during my appt I never felt rushed even though it was running behind. Also took the time to do the ac1 blood test so I did not have to go to have the test at hospital. I really appreciated that
