I always recommend Nikki to friends or family when they are looking for a new doctor. She genuinely cares and knows her patients. Listens to and respects them. I am sad that MyMichigan has purchased all the doctor offices in the area and have not reached an agreement with United Health so now I will have to find a new provider in a town I do not live or pay out of pocket. I have been with Gratiot Family Practice for over 40 years.

Nikki Preston has always been and continues to be an excellent provider. She listens with compassion and incredibly remembers random & specific facts about my history. Having seen Nikki for at least 6 years I have come to trust her medical expertise.

While I was nervous for a new health care provider after Troy Novak left, Nikki made me feel comfortable during my first telehealth appointment and even more so during my annual. I’m very happy to keep working with her moving forward.
