What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Nikki is always helpful and caring. The only downside is it has become much more difficult to get an appt in a timely manner. I was offered a sooner appointment with a different provider, but I prefer Nikki as she has been my main provider for over 10 years.

Nikki Preston is great. However, this office is NOT providing Healthcare to their patients that have been with this office for decades-i.e. when their patients need to see a doctor a.s.a.p. and the office has no appointments available for 3 to 4 weeks-yes, 3 to 4 WEEKS-that is NOT providing healthcare to their patients. It is obvious that the higher ups have a different business going other than healthcare.

If the provider is running 1/2 hour late or more (the date of my appointment the provider was 1 hour late) then the co-pay should be waived. My time is just as important and valuable as the appointment time slot I booked.

Doctor Nikki is a provider who thoroughly listened to all my issues and is finding solutions for them instead of dismissing. She is phenomenal at her job. I recommend her to everyone who asks me if I know of a good PCP.

Nikki recently replaced my previous Dr/pa (Troy) at My Mich. After only 2 visits I feel comfortable with her seeing me. She's friendly and thorough. All the staff at My Mich Family med has always been friendly and helpful.

Nikki is one of the most caring providers i have been to. Her medical assistant Stacey goes above and beyond to make me and my son feel like family. These two make a perfect team. Words are not enough to show them how much I appreciate them.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, as requested, but waited at least 40 minutes before seeing a nurse for the initial intake. Truthfully, this was my first visit with Nikki Preston and I appreciated the time she took with me to get to know more about me and my medical history. My previous doctor and nurse were no longer there. I was confused by messages from/in MyChart. Much of the information was in MyChart/Covenant and didn't seem to transfer everything to MyChart/MyMichigan. I'm confident Nikki Preston can provide me with the service and meet my medical needs in the future. She is very knowledgeable and supportive.

My future daughter-in-law recently relocated to the area and I recommended Nikki to her and she has been extremely happy with the care she received from Nikki and staff as well. We are fortunate to have Nikki in our community! She is amazing!
