Bree-Ann Dowd is an excellent physician! She always demonstrates knowledge, concern, understanding, and friendliness. She is easy to talk to and almost always smiling. On the other hand, the secretary ignored me, and when she finally did speak to me, she was snippy.

Bree-Ann was very professional and attentive during my visit. I felt very comfortable talking with Bree-Ann regarding my health. Bree-Ann had a very calming effect during my visit, and our discussions were held in a manner that was very easy to understand. I’m happy my visit was scheduled with Bree-Ann.

Bree-Ann Dowd is the most courteous & conscientious provider I have. She listens to me & I always feel that my concerns are taken seriously. She remains up to date on the latest treatments & always offers me options for my care. It would be HORRIBLE for the community of Standish to lose Bree-Ann. She has brought so much good to my life as well as my family's. We love having Bree-Ann as our provider.

Bri and Brodi are wonderful to work with. The office staff is atrocious! They are not sensitive, polite or considerate. Making an appointment seems like a burden to them and they are almost never on time. Any time there is anything that has to be done or seen in a timely manner like a week or less do not expect it! I’ve been left on hold for 20 plus minutes, I’ve waited over an hour past my appt time I’ve had appointments changed on me last minute from virtual to in person. Hung up on by office staff you name it. [Removed staff member name] is seriously in the wrong profession. I hate that I have to change doctors due to her office staff..

This N.P is worth going out of the way for. If you want an exceptional person looking over your health...this is the person you want. She actually listens people.

I would recommend this provider 100 percent. Of all the providers I have seen in this office. Bree is by far the best...she actually listens to the patient...she actually examines the patient...she is kind.fair.understanding. She is PRESENT during my visit. I would go as far as to say this. If for some reason Bree left this office...I would follow her as a patient even if it meant I would have a higher out of pocket co pay. It is rare that a community gets someone like Bree

They are nice but sometimes it seems they dont listen when you call about your concern. Its almost like the people that take the phone calls never relay the information to the provider.

Bree Ann took time to explain to me why certain tests were necessary and discussed healthcare goals with me. She was respectful and I never felt she was taking down to me. It seemed she truly wanted to partner with me to help me meet my health goals.
