Bree Ann is very professional and knowledgeable. She’s very good at finding ideas and ways to treat whatever problem I may have. I have never felt disregarded or unimportant when I see her and I value that.

BreeAnn Dowd is not my regular family doctor, but she has stepped up everytime I need to be seem when Dr. Lynch wasn't available. She has always steped in knowing what I needed, treated me with respect, made herself knowledgable about my concerns before my apointment, & always has followed up with me.

Needed shots in both knees for arthritis pain. Breanne Doyd talked throughout keeping things as calm and gentle as could be for the whole time the pain meds were being injected.

I call in for a scrip renew, it takes a week, and a second call by me and the pharmacy. Before its ready for pickup. Electronic transfers don't work.

Bree is amazing. She is kind, thoughtful, and never makes you feel rushed. She is very knowledgeable, but is also not afraid to check into things for you for another opinion. She always gets back with me in a timely manner.

I have a great respect and relationship with Bree and Brodie and I have had a great experience with Lacy. I have had issues with the front desk ladies, I feel when I call they have not been welcoming and at times told me to go to Urgent Care which is frustrating. Also I did not get timely results on blood work (3 weeks to be exact) which seems extreme. I keep going to this office because of the care from the Dr and Nurse Practitioner to be honest. I hope that they are able to get the front desk staff to understand how important their roll is and that when people go to the dr they are usually sick or stressed or both. I know my young daughter is also very stressed in this office setting due to the ladies at the desk:( I have also been hung up on there is no pleasantry on the phone.

Bree-Ann is an amazing provider. She completed a thorough exam, took the time and explained my diagnosis, reviewed medications and is easy to talk to. I have already recommended Bree-Ann to others because she really does care about people and does a wonderful job. I was very impressed with her professionalism and her positive personality.
