The care and concern is excellent at My Miichigan, but the paperwork before and at appointment time is repeated information that is on record. Phone calkes Texts and paper at sign in. Seems to be excessive.

She was fantastic! She put me at ease, she wasn’t quick to push prescriptions or unnecessary prescriptions. She is a lifestyle/diet change type of provider first. She values overall health.

I called to get an appointment I had an earache. I couldn’t get an appointment for 40 days. By then I cleared up earache and just went in for bloodwork I was about to turn [AGE]. Alexis does a great job

Alexis Mayan is wonderful. My Michigan Family Physicians office policy change of not giving you an appointment when you call is just plain absurd!!!Telling you all the providers are full up for 1-2 months and no appointments are available. In the 40+ years of being a patient of Heritage Family Physicians I never had that response and received an appointment within 1-2 days and to also to have the person answering the phone say things change and maybe you should look for another doctor. This is just crazy!!! My experience with Alexis Mayan has been very positive!

Medicine is not what it should be. Drs and patients are controlled by insurance companies and irs now just a buisness. Drs are limited.
