Alexis Mayan is wonderful. My Michigan Family Physicians office policy change of not giving you an appointment when you call is just plain absurd!!!Telling you all the providers are full up for 1-2 months and no appointments are available. In the 40+ years of being a patient of Heritage Family Physicians I never had that response and received an appointment within 1-2 days and to also to have the person answering the phone say things change and maybe you should look for another doctor. This is just crazy!!! My experience with Alexis Mayan has been very positive!

Well for one dr ragu retired who was my primary care doc. He retired. Not me. So I am now being penalized and charged because I didn't go online and switch my primary? You don't even have a replacement for him. Why is this not something the office does for you? Alexis is wonderful and I have nothing but the best things to say about her but if a doctor retires and I have given no indication I planned on leaving the office why would you not just change my primary to the other doctor on site? Not impressed whatsoever with that move. Everyone in that office has a horrible attitude outside of the nurses and doctors. They speak down to you and are less than helpful.

Alexis is one of the best doctors I have had in a long time. She really cares about her patients, and Kelly is the best. Anything I need and Alexis is not available she is there to help me.
