What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Alexis Bush is great, however dealing with staff over the phone is impossible. You wait way to long on hold usually at least 15 minutes and then they are unhelpful and sometimes downright rude.

I was very thankful to find a new PCP. The office staff was very helpful getting me set up as a new patient. Alexis was very kind, knowledgeable and understanding.

I’m very happy with the staff and progress I’ve made with them over the last 6-8 months, I was struggling horribly with my thyroid issues and seeing my medication work, my TSH go from 6.7 to 2.0 and having my symptoms slowly recover has been a very good experience, I was really scared and they listened to me and gave me the care I needed. I look forward to optimizing my health with them and I would recommend them to anyone. I just wanted to give a shoutout to the lady who took my blood tests at 9 am on [date], I am always terrified of getting my blood drawn and she does it SO good I don’t even feel it, I can’t remember her name cause I always forget to ask but she is phenomenal. Thank you!

I was worried of the news of the retirement of Dr. Boggess, but Alexis Bush has more than filled his shoes. She’s caring, walks into the appointment Knowledgeable about the patient and makes you feel at ease discussing any and all health issues.

Arrived before my scheduled appointment and was taken back to a room. Within 10 minutes Alexis arrived and addressed the issue I had. Alexis is very professional , caring and explains what I need to do for my care.

Alexis Bush is a very new provider for me. I have only met with her twice. However, I have gone to this office for many, many years. But based on those two meetings, I would tell family and friends, this family practice and new PA are really helpful, good listeners, and treat their patients with respect. I would definitely recommend them to others.
