Mr Ken has amazing bedside manner and even more he’s not a pill pusher he will suggest other methods if there are some. His staff members are also following his example they are great to deal with. Keep up the great work!

I am so blessed to have this practice as a major part of my care team. I’m undergoing a serious illness and my “home base” medical practice always is available to help and support my journey even though they might not be “primary” in this particular case. They ARE primary to me and I’m not alone.

Ken is caring, listens to my concerns and explains things well. If he does not have a clear direction for treatment or referrals he asks my permission to consult with others in his profession to guide my care. He is exceptional and I trust him.

I recently requested Ken VanSumeren as my new provider and he has been awesome! Prescriptions refills are done through the app flawlessly and immediately. He listens and makes sure everything has follow through. I highly recommend him for his attentiveness and understanding my needs as a patient.

Excellent in all regards. In one case in particular, he followed up on what I thought was a minor offhand question, and was able to spot a potentially serious issue early enough to get it treated before it progressed into a big health problem. I really appreciate the way he listened, dug deeper, and got the results I needed.
