I've been seeing Dayna Shuster, PA-C at the East End building in Midland since 2018 and she has helped me immensely, specifically in dealing with my mental health for the first time. During my pregnancy journey she was a lifeline and was there to help me get answers I needed and supported my decisions. It was very comforting at a scary, vulnerable time and I am forever grateful for the compassion and care she showed us.

I can’t thank Dayna, Trudi, and the team enough. They were quick to get me in, listened to me, and escalated my situation. They explained everything to me in words I understood and were quick to get results back to me. I truly cannot be happier with the team! This is the first time in my life where I have felt heard, understood, and seen by healthcare professionals. I would recommend anyone to Dayna and Team. Thank you all!

I really appreciate how the Staff, and particularly Dayna Shuster, listens to me and responds in a timely manner. They are a very busy office, but the Team is very responsive. I feel well cared for and safe with the Staff at East End Medical. We often communicate through MyChart and these communications always produce an improvement in my care. It is because of the wonderful care I receive at East End, that my quality of life has improved over the past several months and even though I have a lot of health issues, I feel like part of the Team working for a better life for me. Thank you so much!

I think my doctor is excellent but the front office staff was not very professional. There was staff talking me when I was trying to check in. The person checking me in had her back to me with other staff talking in front of her and made it hard to hear her.

Dayna really listens to me, advising me to be up to date on all meds and screenings I need to have done yearly(even though I procrastinate!) and is so pleasant to speak with. I actually enjoy seeing my PA!

I would tell them how lucky I am to be a patient at this office. The staff is always courteous, friendly & professional. Dayna is the best. I have so much confidence in her abilities as my PCP. Dr. Shuster exudes professionalism and friendliness. She knew my history when she entered my exam room. She had four diagnostic tests run to rule out more serious and contagious maladies. I’d recommend Dr. Shuster unequivocally to anyone.
