What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I have been a patient of Dr Murray and his staff for many years. I have always received excellent care from the receptionists, nurses, PA’s and Dr Murray. They are never too busy to provide excellent, adequate care for me as a patient.

Dr. Murray cares about his patients. I was talking a patient in the waiting room and she drives an hour to see him. Worth the drive.

With MyChart it’s not as imperative that we get a phone call from the office. But always if something needed to be followed up on, someone from the office always calls.

They're still reeling from Covenant dropping them, but they will resounding recover stronger...they're locally entrenched & well liked.

I would highly recommend this office especially Dr.Murray and Shelly. They make a great team. If you want a doctor that sees you as a person and sits down and talks with you explains things to you he is the one.

It seems like maybe some recordkeeping didn’t transfer with the covenant to my Michigan change, but they are getting on top of it. Wait times seem to have increased after the change also but I expect they will work on that as they move forward

I always feel good after seeing Dr. Murray. He has been my doctor a long time I know how much he cares for his patients. We are not numers to be to be hurried out for next patient. We are people looking care and concern. That's what we get here at My Michigan Family Medicine.

Waited an hour for my last appointment in the waiting area and had to leave before I got to see the doctor. This is totally unacceptable and disrespectful of my time.
