Dr Murray and Shelly are wonderful and always listen and provide excellent patient centered care. The front desk receptionist (I believe her name is Dawn) is always rude, dismissive, and irritable. I do not feel she should be the first person patients see.

I love this office for so many reasons as I expressed in the survey, but the main reason is that they ALL listen to me! They do NOT talk down to me and they really make me feel valued, respected, and cared for! I always recommend Dr Murry to others when they are looking for a doctor.

The doctor, and staff, are always kind and courteous. Any questions I have are answered with respect, and the doctor receives any message or question I have in a timely manner.

Dr Murray is always willing to listen and never makes you feel like he's in a hurry to go to the next patient. I never mind waiting an extra 20 minutes to see him because I know he will take his time when it's my turn.

Good when you ask a question like why does it take so long to get a script faxed two or three blocks away he will scream don't tell me I am not doing my job that has happened 1 time. I don't think that is very professional I did not tell you to become a doctor.i just asked a question.
