She explained slowly reasonably what we’re doing and why. Also why we don’t want to do! Then asked any other concerns I’m concerned with. When finished she said I can message something if I need!

Don’t have to worry about seeing’s NP for care. Jeannette Smith is very knowledgeable, thorough and caring. She talks to me and not her computer. She seems prepared when she walks into the exam room. The staff is courteous, efficient and caring as well. Very good experience.

I've never had a health care provider listen (AND HEAR) as good as Jeanette does. Takes care of every problem not just what she determines which problem is more important than the other and shove one off to a later date and that's if I have more than one problem and ALWAYS asks if I have any more issues

From the moment you come in the front door of the building, you will be taking care of. You are taken to the exam room, by a very curious person and wait for a very short time to have your b/p and weight taken. Shortly the doctor comes in and the rest is history. Very kind and polite atmosphere. I feel relaxed and confident.

Jeanette is very professional and knowledgeable, caring. She has gone out of her way to fit me into her schedule when there was really no time to be given. I came in to the facility once completely expecting to use the urgent care and once the staff realized that Jeanette was my physician she squeezed me in so that I wouldn't have to be charged for urgent care, all of the rooms were taken, that's how busy they were, they had to put me in the procedure room just to fit me in. They were pretty amazing! I couldn't believe it ,I've been telling everyone about it.
