The ER was a joke they didn’t listen to anything I said or believe me in how much pain I was in and brushed me off but my visit to the office MS Smith actually listened and respected what I had to say.

The professionals there and staff are on top of my care. But when I’m on the phone with them they don’t seem to want to take care of my concerns. Plus I’m on hold for 20-30 minutes before they answer the call.
