She and her nurse are very concerned about my health and keep track of my meds. Also respond quickly to notes to them and keep me informed about my outsourced. Care also. Love going to this facility.

The staff there makes you feel important as Dr Smith's office does to the PA there is very good in making you feel important like a one-on-one basis is really happening which is very rare today

I am very happy with the provider. It's the staff that I'm not thrilled with. They take forever to answer the phone and then when they answer it you're on hold forever. I don't like the system that they have the girls answer the phone for all the doctors in the building it seems like. [removed portion of comment unrelated to this provider].

The provider asked my son how his wrist was feeling and then asked my husband what he thought about it? We came for an appt for expert advice and then left after 5-10 minutes. This could have been done over the phone.

Provider was not friendly. She was dismissive and did the bare minimum. Would not recommend her to anyone.

I was upset because she did not send my prescription to the pharmacy I asked her to. I told her i had enough meds for at least 2 weeks so I asked to please send my prescription to Express Scripts. Instead she sent it to Walgreens so I had to drive to West Branch to get my prescription.

Disappointed in length of time it takes to speak to nurse, p a or anyone to actually 'speak' to someone...14 + minutes. Very disappointed in the care at My Michigan Health.

I HAVE HAD ONLY ONE APPOINTMENT WITH HER AND BELIEVE THAT WAS A FILL IN FOR DR. FULLER. BUT THE EXPERIENCE WITH HER AT THAT APPOINTMENT WAS VERY GOOD.

She was very kind and understanding. Jeanette truly dug deep into my symptoms and possible reasonings behind them. She changed my medication and set up a follow appointment. I will highly recommend her to anyone going to the Health Park for care!

I highly recommend her! She is the best doctor I have had, she listens to me and makes me feel safe and comfortable. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. Her nurses are awesome and so are the front desk ladies! I appreciate them all.
