Jeanette is very professional and knowledgeable, caring. She has gone out of her way to fit me into her schedule when there was really no time to be given. I came in to the facility once completely expecting to use the urgent care and once the staff realized that Jeanette was my physician she squeezed me in so that I wouldn't have to be charged for urgent care, all of the rooms were taken, that's how busy they were, they had to put me in the procedure room just to fit me in. They were pretty amazing! I couldn't believe it ,I've been telling everyone about it.

This was my first visit with Ms Smith. I believe that she will be acceptable as my new PMC. I do not need constant care as I am not taking any regular medications at this time; however, being [age] it makes sense for me to have a medical team familiar with me and my health.

Jeanette Smith was very friendly and helpful and listened to everything I had to say, its been a while since I had been to a doctor and she helped me get back with everything I needed. The nurse Kristen has been extremely helpful with getting a med for me that needed a prior authorization. Abby her scheduler got me in as soon as she could to see Jeanette

My primary care doctor was helpful. When I tried to get blood work done, I needed multiple nurses to support and one nurse was “fishing” for a vain and I did let the nurse know that it hurts but she continued. After being poked 5 times in the office they sent me to the hospital. I was okay being poked that many times, but when she was moving a needle in my arm after letting her know that it hurts I didn’t care for that as much. It left a huge bruise and was sore for multiple days.

Best care I ever had was at this office. VA Clare read her tests ordered and the plan for care. My team at VA said she has a great plan for medical needs.
