She pulled me in for an emergency appointment basically right away that day since my normal PCP was on vacation, she throughly listened to every one of my concerns together, between my husband, her and myself we collectively agreed it was best for me to get to a different emergency room where she was fairly confident I’d be admitted and I did go, and I was in fact admitted. But she made sure that even my trip leaving her office to get to the hospital that I was going to be as comfortable as possible, I truly appreciate her and everything she did for me at this appointment.

I am very fortunate that I have no serious health issues. So for me and my health, at this time in my life I couldn't ask for better service. I wouldn't know what to ask for. I think they do a great job and all that they are doing is what they should be doing. No complaints here.

At my appointment I asked my husband to come in and introduced him to my PCP Jeanette Smith. He realized her qualities in patient care, He is now waiting to be accepted as his PCP!

Don’t have to worry about seeing’s NP for care. Jeannette Smith is very knowledgeable, thorough and caring. She talks to me and not her computer. She seems prepared when she walks into the exam room. The staff is courteous, efficient and caring as well. Very good experience.

I've never had a health care provider listen (AND HEAR) as good as Jeanette does. Takes care of every problem not just what she determines which problem is more important than the other and shove one off to a later date and that's if I have more than one problem and ALWAYS asks if I have any more issues
