The only complaint I have is the phone and messages, it takes some time for answering, even after leaving messages. Then if I have to return a call I try 5-6 times for a live body. Email thru website is a good way and I get response.

The doctor is great. I've had issues with staff not informing me when they canceled appointments and needed to reschedule. It's over 30 minute drive for me, and the only reason I noticed they had canceled was because I hadn't received request to check in early. When asked, the office said my phone hadn't rang when they called and they'd been having phone issues on their end the week before. I said that didn't excuse it because they also could have sent me a message via portal or tried calling me again. I requested to speak to office manager. She said they would call me the next day since she wasn't in. I never received a return call.

I would say that as a new doctor to my case, she is doing very well for the most part and I am grateful to have her helping me

The doctor is pleasant, attentive to questions and concerns, listens carefully and allows questions and comments from patient. Disadvantage is that she is only in office 2 days a week thus scheduling very quickly is not usually an option.

Thoughtful and very competent physician who has taken over my care in the last twelve months and addressed all my health needs efficiently and made me feel I can safely work with her as I age.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Hayee is my new GP this year and she is excellent. Listens to me and works with me as we review my health care over the years and addresses my current issues which are changing as I age. I really feel confident working with her.

This was my first visit to this location. Staff was very pleasant and facility was clean, good parking and easy to get to.

Dr. Hayee & her staff are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend that family & friends consider Dr. Hayee as their family physician. Dr. Hayee is an excellent physician.

Very pleased with doctor and staff but concerned that she is only available 2 days a week which leaves only option if a need arises that seems immediate to go to an Urgent Care facility.

I’m a relatively new patient with Dr. Hayee and have had nothing but a positive experience from the very beginning. Response is timely both via phone and the portal is very good. And the staff do an excellent job.

I am still getting to know Dr. Hayee, but so far, she has proven to be knowledgeable and friendly. She had good ideas and also listens to my ideas.

I would not recommend her. She was not very friendly or caring and did not seem engaged in my appt . In my after care summary, assessment plan and patient counseling assessment, she wrote things down on all of them what we discussed and went over, but we absolutely did not even discuss them (on one, it was only 1 of the 9 mentioned). What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would not recommend her. She was not very friendly or caring and did not seem engaged in my appt . In my after care summary, assessment plan and patient counseling assessment, she wrote things down on all of them what we discussed and went over, but we absolutely did not even discuss them (on one, it was only 1 of the 9 mentioned). During my appt to be established as a new patient, we went over 2 or 3 things of all my history, and the physical was so basic, no different than a normal dr. appt. She said she would call me with my lab results and did not call. After I got my labs I realized that I was not given an order for my history of high thyroid, I had to contact and ask for it and was told I would have to do a virtual visit (I did get the order). But, I was told I would have to do a virtual visit or come in for an apt just to discuss the results (?-$.) She gave no encouragement for my second visit when I lowered my B.P and weight without medication. I wasn't comfortable with her.
