What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Scott is very thorough and knowledgeable and by the same token if he doesn’t know he will tell you, then either get back with you with an answer or point you in the direction of someone who does. Best way to do business. Office staff was efficient, and helpful as was Scott.

Good although I called the office multiple times to schedule appointment and never got a call back. I had to show up in person to get the appointment scheduled.

I am new to this provider and have only met with him for an initial visit. Based on my experience during that visit and the relatively short time it took to get an appointment, I've already recommended Scott Bartz to my brother and sister in law and they have scheduled an appointment.

Mr. Bartz was professional and his demeanor was impressive. He was thorough as well during the examination. He even took us to the X-ray room in another building. Further, he was clear in his directions and gave easy-to-understand explanations to our questions. We highly recommend him to people in the community. The only aspect we felt uncomfortable while in the facility was that the nurse requested a long-distance interpreter even though we told her that there was no need for an interpreter. Also, she could have shown a bit more curtsy and friendliness in her way of communication with us.

I attended the urgent care clinic complaining of a chronic cough that had persisted for several days. Scott got me in and examined me quickly. His diagnosis was spot-on and I was on the road to recovery within a couple of hours. Excellent service.

I had to explain our situation, he listened followed up on history and he followed his necessary protocol, in the end positive results with follow up cause different meds needed to be ordered based on test. All is good thank you

I went to the walk in on a Saturday for a UTI, the staff was very friendly and attentive! Things went quickly and very professional and empathetic. Scott called with the information results in lieu of having me wait at the clinic.
