Never had issues with Eric. He’s always been respectful polite and answered all my questions appropriately. He was able to accommodate me at short notices when needed. Will recommend him for your health care needs.

They make you feel so comfortable no matter what the issue is. It's very hard to find genuine care and they excel at it!

I would not recommend Dr. Rocker to anyone. I've had 2 visits with him. My first visit went well. He took my pain seriously and got me meds to help. My most recent appt was worthless. I was not taken seriously, in fact, he asked what was wrong and when I told him, his response was "what do you want me to do?" No patient should ever be spoken to this way. I left feeling deflated, embarrassed and like a fool, like I wasted both his and my time. He has a joking nature, which isn't a bad trait to have, but very unprofessional when your patient is in pain with concerns. He's getting paid for it, and I should have been taken seriously.

I lost weight between the last appointment and this one. The nurse checking me in handled it really well. She noted the 8 pounds lost, and then asked me “Was this weight loss intentional?” This made me feel comfortable talking about what led to the loss in a medical way.

I would tell them that Eric restored my faith in PAs. I had several issues in the past with PAs and for a long time, I refuse to see one. But because of the nature of my medical problem, I saw the first person I could see and it happened to be Eric a PA. He has a great bedside Mount Manor and is also a very knowledgeable person in the medical field, I would highly recommend him to my family or friends.
