What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would tell them that Eric restored my faith in PAs. I had several issues in the past with PAs and for a long time, I refuse to see one. But because of the nature of my medical problem, I saw the first person I could see and it happened to be Eric a PA. He has a great bedside Mount Manor and is also a very knowledgeable person in the medical field, I would highly recommend him to my family or friends.

I came into the appointment thinking I was going to do what other providers had advised. Eric listened to my wishes and then explained, in a very thorough, easy to understand way what he would advise. His suggestions ruled the day and I left the appointment with confidence that we were on the right path.

Dr. Rocker and his staff treat me like a person, not a number to check off the list for the day like I have experienced in the past (not this facility). They listen to my concerns and always answer any questions I have.

Eric is awesome. I appreciate the care he gives to me and my husband. He always reviews my chart prior to my appointment and listens to my nonsense. We are very grateful to have him as our provider as we enter our older years!

Erik has always provided an approach to my health care needs that is exceptional and always mindful to my past and future care in addition to the present. He takes the time to ask questions that give him the information he needs for a wholistic approach to care. He and his team are the best!

Got me in same day I called. E-check-in went smoothly and saved me some time at the desk. MA Darin was friendly and efficient. Eric was also friendly and reassuring and seemed knowledgeable about this type of injury. Ordered X-ray and I was able to head straight from the office to the Orchard Bldg for the X-ray, which was convenient. I appreciated that it was all paperless. Haven’t received results yet, but it’s only been 48 hours and my case wasn’t an emergency as my pain is manageable and tolerable. Have been coming to this practice for 33 years and my experience has been consistently positive.

I really like coming to Family Practice whether it’s a wellness check or something going on with my body. The staff there rocker the nurses the tech. Everyone is always nice to me. Always listens to me. Always says hi back. It’s a great office.

Family Practice is the greatest place for medical care they care for you. They listen to you. They are very very helpful. I will never go any place else.
