Eric Rocker is by far the best provider I've ever seen. The extent of his knowledge is evident and he explains things in a way that's easy to understand, but also isn't talking down to you. He listens to your concerns and will explain the different options for your care without being pushy in any one direction. He's willing to admit when he doesn't know something and is open to learning new things. I have nothing but good things to say.

I would not recommend Dr. Rocker to anyone. I've had 2 visits with him. My first visit went well. He took my pain seriously and got me meds to help. My most recent appt was worthless. I was not taken seriously, in fact, he asked what was wrong and when I told him, his response was "what do you want me to do?" No patient should ever be spoken to this way. I left feeling deflated, embarrassed and like a fool, like I wasted both his and my time. He has a joking nature, which isn't a bad trait to have, but very unprofessional when your patient is in pain with concerns. He's getting paid for it, and I should have been taken seriously.
