Rachael is great! She always makes me feel comfortable and she takes time to listen to my concerns and explain things thoroughly. I never feel rushed or unimportant. I have no complaints and would highly recommend her.

Michelle [ ] has always been my nurse to bring my into the room and ask all my questions. I honestly look forward to going to the doctor to chat with Michelle for a minute, she deserves the world! 5 stars!!⭐️ Rachel is wonderful as well, my past primary doctor I felt did not listen to my thoughts or concerns and Rachel has always been willing to listen and find the right path for me. So happy I switch my care team around!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Rachael, addresses my medical needs and after discussion she suggests a plan, x-rays etc if needed. A follow up appt.is made to see if my health is improving. Rachel is interested in her patients progress and takes her time to listen to me and my long term needs. Very happy with my Dr care at this time. [Name]

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would recommend Rachel because she is thorough, takes the time to listen, is familiar with your medical history, is familiar with what tests will be covered by insurance at various times and for me as a cancer survivor this is very important to me. She is non judgmental and helped fill out the necessary documentation for my FMLA and intermittent FMLA

Rachel Savage is by sure the best provider I have ever seen. She addresses everything that is going on and does her best to resolve any issues. She treats you as an equal and truly cares about her patients. Also her nurse Michelle is excellent and I’m so happy there who my healthcare is with and highly recommend Rachel and her staff.

Rachel listens and takes into consideration every thing I say. She always asks very applicable questions and questions you don’t expect. Never asks questions where the answers are on her monitor screen unless they are for clarification. When you leave her office you never feel like something important was not discussed. Noteworthy is that her immediate staff also believes she is an outstanding care provider. I’ve never felt rushed. I’ve learned over my decades of medical treatment that Nurse practitioners are an excellent addition to your medical care team. They do the same thing a MD or DO would do if I have a condition not in her ballpark of knowledge and that is to refer you to someone else

Amazing provider who also has a stellar nurse, Michelle. Michelle went out of her way to answer questions, provided follow up calls and was extremely friendly and welcoming

I like how efficient is the stuff at Dr Rachel office. I am so happy with the way Dr Rachel listen to me and she really show interest in solve my health problems. I have plenty confidence in what I tell her and feel safe when she do the routine examination.

I just changed my provider to Rachel so this was my first time seeing her. She was wonderful and caring and took her time to listen to my concerns. Her MA Michelle Bates was also excellent and very professional. I was very happy with the care I received.

Rachel herself is a fantastic asset to this office, she is always kind, thorough, and is always willing to explain any questions or concerns. Rachel’s nurse is wonderful as well, they both make me feel very comfortable and confident that I can express myself and my healthcare is in great hands.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Rachel is a listener and helps me by detailing my health issues. Her positive attitude, as well as everyone in the office, really helps with the total 'door in to door out' experience.
