Rachel has always been an amazing medical doctor but even supported me emotionally as I am going thru a very difficult time in my life. Her staff is always very positive and upbeat and they even decorate for the different holidays which cheers people up. I would and do recommend Rachel & her staff to others in the community. Especially those looking specifically for those looking for a great female provider or someone easy to talk to having mental illness. Because not everyone feels comfortable talking to a male provider.

She takes the time to sit and listen to you, even if it may be a "stupid" question, she never treats you like you are asking a stupid question. She ALWAYS says at the end of her visit..."Is there anything else I can do for you, any concerns?" I like that. I feel she listens and really cares.

Rachel and her nurse Michele are a great team. They always listen to my concerns and questions. They are respectful and always make me feel "heard". They address my complex health issues with knowledge and experience.

Rachel is professional and genuinely cares. She takes the time to review any and all concerns. Great advocate for my health. Wish it didn't take so long for me to find her! Also nurse Michelle in her office is amazing as well.

It is wonderful to call and be able to make an appointment in a short amount of time not wait months to see someone. Scheduling checking in all is with great ease and all of the staff is wonderful to work with. Never had a bad experience

I recommend Rachael. She is respectful and listens. I waited a few minutes at my last appointment but that was fine with me. She is giving somebody else care and next time it could be me that needs the extra help. He office also was very helpful scheduling appointments and her nurse also called me before the appointment.

Rachel Savage is one the most thorough Primary Care FNP I have ever had. Rachel puts your concerns first and backs them up with not just verbal support but diagnostic testing and factual evidence. She always refers you if needed without hesitation . Any patient would be lucky to have Rachel Savage FNP as their provider., I know my husband and I trust her experience explicitly.

Rachel listens carefully, helps look for solutions and what could be happening. I always leave feeling at ease and like I am being heard. Being anxious, especially with my health, having someone who understands and listens, without judgement, is critical for me. Rachel does just that. Michelle, a nurse who sees me often when I go is also an incredible member of Rachel’s team.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Rachel has given me so much support which the recent changes in my anxiety levels with major life changing events. Her knowledge of medications that are best for my diagnosis’s and drug interactions has been immensely helpful. She has really helped to educate me to avoid more SVT symptoms. When I leave I always feel more confident about my treatment routines and have full confidence in any advice she gives me. Rachel is a great assets to your My Michigan team .
