Rachel Savage is by sure the best provider I have ever seen. She addresses everything that is going on and does her best to resolve any issues. She treats you as an equal and truly cares about her patients. Also her nurse Michelle is excellent and I’m so happy there who my healthcare is with and highly recommend Rachel and her staff.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Rachel listens and takes into consideration every thing I say. She always asks very applicable questions and questions you don’t expect. Never asks questions where the answers are on her monitor screen unless they are for clarification. When you leave her office you never feel like something important was not discussed. Noteworthy is that her immediate staff also believes she is an outstanding care provider. I’ve never felt rushed. I’ve learned over my decades of medical treatment that Nurse practitioners are an excellent addition to your medical care team. They do the same thing a MD or DO would do if I have a condition not in her ballpark of knowledge and that is to refer you to someone else

Amazing provider who also has a stellar nurse, Michelle. Michelle went out of her way to answer questions, provided follow up calls and was extremely friendly and welcoming

I like how efficient is the stuff at Dr Rachel office. I am so happy with the way Dr Rachel listen to me and she really show interest in solve my health problems. I have plenty confidence in what I tell her and feel safe when she do the routine examination.

I just changed my provider to Rachel so this was my first time seeing her. She was wonderful and caring and took her time to listen to my concerns. Her MA Michelle Bates was also excellent and very professional. I was very happy with the care I received.

I would recommend dr Savage to anyone asking me for a good doctor. She goes over your body and explained the importance of the testing and gave me good advice

Rachel herself is a fantastic asset to this office, she is always kind, thorough, and is always willing to explain any questions or concerns. Rachel’s nurse is wonderful as well, they both make me feel very comfortable and confident that I can express myself and my healthcare is in great hands.

Rachel is a listener and helps me by detailing my health issues. Her positive attitude, as well as everyone in the office, really helps with the total 'door in to door out' experience.

I was called back to the room immediately after checking in at the desk, and was seen very quickly by the provider! Was in and out very quickly. Everyone was friendly and kind

The way the visit was coded caused us to receive bills for a well visit that was covered by our insurance. Laura got back promptly and is asking Dr Savage to resubmit. The whole staff was very courteous - from the front desk to the Dr visit to billing. Great job!

Waiting to see if the second round of billing is accurate.

Rachel and the nurse were very good to me. They listened to me and helped me set up a plan for my health.

I can't think of anything at this moment. The Carol was excellent I can't think of anything right now but Carol was excellent.

Rachel actually listen to me. There’s been a discrepancy in my file for years and with her understanding and showing her proof that led to some actual treatment. I believe that she fully understands that there have been a mistakes made in my file. And she’s working with me the best she can.

Rachel is great and always supportive. However, the telehealth appointment was less than stellar. Video of her was pixelated and the audio was horrible. We persevered and completed the appointment goal.
