Dr. Phala is wonderful. He is knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. The office quickly follows through on requests, sometimes same-day. After only having two appointments, I would say so far, both doctor and office staff have provided me excellent service & care.

There very good Drs. But when people call to establish Dr. There almost 6 months to a year out or put on a waiting list to be excepted as patience. The Dr is very good and attentive to his patience wish there where more Dr. Like him.

Since moving to Bay City I’ve only had to have one doctor and this has been the best experience i’ve ever had with one. Almost 3 years of great care and support.

Out of all the Drs I've had, Dr Sefako has honestly been the best! He does rush, he discusses concerns and probably one of the only Drs I feel really cares for people and takes time to answer questions and concerns. Thank you so much, feel very comfortable talking to him. Have referred numerous other individuals to him as well as his wife as I have heard nothing but good reviews on her as well. A+++++ to all :)

If you want a Dr that actually tries to help and not just a box checker and prescription pad then Dr. Sefako Phala is the best PCP in town. The reason is in the answers to the questions in the survey. I recommend people to him at least a few times a year.

[Removed portion of comment not related to Dr. Phala] I was without a Dr since Oct. My daughter recommended a new dr. Husband and wife team on Euclid My midMichigan. I called and without any questions, they accepted me into their family. I saw the Husband Phala, and he made me feel so calm, collected, and welcomed. He listened to me, went over my chart, and was thankful I keep documents on my awful health in a journal (so all dr can see it, without struggling with online files) He gladly welcomed me, we discussed treatment options, and he will now be my family Dr. I hugged his MA, and him!! Because relief filled my soul. It is close to my home. Labs and xrays can be done here, and I am going to be okay knowing HE WILL HELP ME! I am forever grateful to this entire office for accepting me into their little family. They listened, cared, and accepted me for me.

Dr Sefako is very nice, helpful and send to care about me. My only concern is that the only time he has listened to my heart and lungs is at the yearly physical. I am accustomed that is checked at every visit, no matter what you are there for. The change in staff has made a noticeable positive difference!
