Dr Sefako Phala is one of the best Drs I've EVER dealt with. It does, however, take a while to get any paperwork filled out for anything I have or my other Drs offices and such entities as lawyers have requested. If this office could process paperwork quicker, it would EASILY become the best Dr office I have ever dealt with!!!

I greatly enjoy my discussions with Dr Phalla and appreciate the respect he has for my ideas. When his view differs from mine he he is most willing to take the time to explain why I could be incorrect. And I always learn something from him about interpreting test results that adds to my knowledge.

Very respectful, careful listener, familiar with health history and has a kind demeanor that encourages discussion. Three specific things that I greatly appreciate. 1. I feel comfortable in giving my ideas about an issue. 2. I don’t feel rushed. 3. I appreciate that he inquires about the status of other health related issues where he is not directly involved, offers to help if he can, this demonstrates his commitment to the entirety of my well being.

Walked in was greeted by everyone, all the staff were talkative so I took the stress down. Was the first time there by myself the staff helped me understand the questions and didn’t leave me hanging. Good experience all along.
