Dr Sefako is a wonderful Dr. His office staff seems overwhelmed. They tend to put things off on other staff and don't help you with your situation. It's very frustrating.

Since becoming a patient with Dr. Sefako my view on a primary care physician has completely changed for the best. I truly look forward to my appointments even if it’s just a med review. I have always felt very heard and seen by every person including reception and it makes me feel so much security knowing that my doctor listens and takes actual care of me no matter what is going on.

Dr. P honestly listened to me and what was going on and gave me insight on what may be happening and what I should do to help me he explained his concerns and what I should do to help me get better from my issues still the best Dr. I have ever had to see and I am very grateful to have him helping me and I would tell my family to see this man if they ever wanted to change Dr.s

Sefako is really kind and he helps me when I have a health problem. He doesn't push prescriptions on you unless your really need it and he helps you manage your condition.

He is in my opinion the best PCP in Bay County, if not the Tri county area. Always does what he says, takes time to actually “listen”, and do his best to address any situations that arise. He does very well with both standard care and treatment for patients like myself that have very complex medical conditions.

My last appointment with Dr Phala was very constructive, as I am [AGE] and have a sciatica attack. We discussed the pain, my BP elevated, numb/no feeling in my foot and toes. I received xrays in their building, and left with appropriate prescriptions. Very good plan for recovery.

Honestly, this Dr. Visit was the best I had ever had he seemed to understand my worries completely and he talked to me like he really cares and understood what I had to say about what was going on and it felt like he really wants to find out what is going on, I have never felt so comfortable with a Dr. In my life and I am so happy to have found him
