[Removed portion of comment not related to Dr. Phala] I was without a Dr since Oct. My daughter recommended a new dr. Husband and wife team on Euclid My midMichigan. I called and without any questions, they accepted me into their family. I saw the Husband Phala, and he made me feel so calm, collected, and welcomed. He listened to me, went over my chart, and was thankful I keep documents on my awful health in a journal (so all dr can see it, without struggling with online files) He gladly welcomed me, we discussed treatment options, and he will now be my family Dr. I hugged his MA, and him!! Because relief filled my soul. It is close to my home. Labs and xrays can be done here, and I am going to be okay knowing HE WILL HELP ME! I am forever grateful to this entire office for accepting me into their little family. They listened, cared, and accepted me for me.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Sefako is very nice, helpful and send to care about me. My only concern is that the only time he has listened to my heart and lungs is at the yearly physical. I am accustomed that is checked at every visit, no matter what you are there for. The change in staff has made a noticeable positive difference!

Dr Sefako Phala is one of the best Drs I've EVER dealt with. It does, however, take a while to get any paperwork filled out for anything I have or my other Drs offices and such entities as lawyers have requested. If this office could process paperwork quicker, it would EASILY become the best Dr office I have ever dealt with!!!

I greatly enjoy my discussions with Dr Phalla and appreciate the respect he has for my ideas. When his view differs from mine he he is most willing to take the time to explain why I could be incorrect. And I always learn something from him about interpreting test results that adds to my knowledge.
