Well I was just at the office on the [DATE] did a test and the results are on the app and says abnormal and I have been contacted by no one on what this means. Kind of concerning that its abnormal and no one has contacted me.

Everyone is always nice except the phlebotomist, who seems grumpy and cold every time I need my blood work done. Her student was really nice, friendly, and considerate though and did really well on my blood draw.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
For last visit, not a thing. I forgot to bring some things up, but that is my own fault. The inner office area decor for Christmas is amazing and beautiful, though! I loved walking through what felt like a magical place! It made my visit more pleasant and not as stressed. :-)

Erin Booms is amazing. She always listens and has ideas or suggestions when I am in need of a new or updated appt. The employees are very helpful when entering for my appts. 💯 satisfaction.

The time that Erin spent going on the reports from the hospital and give us referrals to what we should do next. I can’t thank her enough for the time that she spend with my husband and I for his appointment.

I am sure Erin Booms is very busy. Most of the time she goes out of her way to take care of my health needs. Thank you.

Over the past 5 years I have had a lot of cancer treatment in Florida. During that time, whenever I needed help from Erin's staff or from herself, she has been very able to help me.

I feel like Erin Booms is hearing what I'm saying more. When I first started seeing her, I didn't feel like that was the case. I would leave an appointment feeling like I had wasted her and my time because I didn't think she really heard what I was saying. Now, I feel that has much improved and we're both communicating better. I come out of appointments feeling more confident in the treatment I'm receiving.

I think I'm communicating better. I'm making a point of clarifying what I need, as well as making sure I understand what Erin is saying.

Front desk is always helpful and responsive and very respectful

Help if lab would quit messing up. Twice went get labs done and they said was old orders . So didn’t get them done. I had appointment today with my RA doctor and she was livid find out labs were not done. I told her what I was told. She was not happy. She ordered same repeat test every 3 months for a reason and said lab techs need realize this and double check dates ordered.

Care provider was very thorough polite and courteous as well as informative to myself. She printed out a detailed diet for me to lose weight.

The tech taking blood for the test was outstanding. I have a horrible phobia of needles and she made me feel comfortable and well looked after. In fact, it was one of the best sticks I've had!
