Erin Booms always goes above and beyond to make sure my health is good and always ordering test to rule out any possible problems I am having. She is a great doctor.

Everyone was excellent . Erin is intelligent, professional and organized. Kind and respectful too. Nursing staff and lab were the same. Front desk people nice and kind and helpful. Thank you to all.

Express check in. I arrive usually 15-20 min before my appointment and spend most of the time behind elderly patients who can't recall any of the information needed to verify by the front reception. Usually making me late or close to late for the appointment. A full express check online would be very helpful

Nothing about the actual staff in general. But getting someone to read MRI's is something this company really needs to invest in. I have been waiting since 7/15 and I know there are people who have been waiting longer than me.

The professionalism of all of the people, especially when talking to the doctor. She was very informative and made sure I understood everything perfectly. She’s very good doctor I believe.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Given me a card in my hand that had my appointment and my date for a blood test that’s about the only thing but she told me I could get the blood test anytime I wanted. It was a fasting blood test. I would have to fast first, but I get forgetful so I had to have my phone. Remind me, L O L

In regards to Erin Boone, no. In regards to your office, the staff is always helpful and friendly. The pharmacy is amazing and the SUD is amazing! I've been a patient at Mid Michigan for a few years and am always happy with the care I received.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I meet with Erin Boones for an establish patient appt and a OBGYN appt and both visits I felt like I was just another patient that she was too busy to spend time with. I had questions about my mental health and being pre menopausal at my OBGYN appt and she wanted to schedule another appointment to speak on those issues. I was confused and frustrated when I left. I don't have time in my extremely busy schedule to schedule additional visits to speak on concerns that could have been addressed while I was there.

She was very helpful in looking at the two black spots on my face and after finding out that they were blackheads in fact, she squeezed both of them removing the inside of each one and requiring no further attention.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing comes to mind. She was thorough and very helpful in diagnosing my Baker's cyst after she felt the backside of my knee joint. She advised that it would most likely resolve on its own but if it didn't to come back immediately. It resolved shortly after.

Wait time is always quick, the staff & doctors are very pleasant & caring. We always have a great visit even if we are not feeling well. I appreciate that & it really makes a difference being in a great environment! Thank you

Nope. Just the opposite. Very cold personality. Seemed like she had better things to do . Failed to ask what I felt were important questions. The only thing the NP. Did was fill scripts And make me feel like some p.o.s. Addict. Spent 80%of time looking at the laptop.
