Raimee is awesome! Pays attention to any concerns I have, makes a lot of recommendations & always follows through. She seems to really want to help me all the time. Her staff is very friendly. She will be able to help you no matter what you need, even if it’s only by referring you to someone else. I would recommend her to everyone I know! Including my husband!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I’m a new patient and was absolutely delighted with Dr. Schertzberg. She couldn’t possibly have been better. I explained some difficult concerns about my recent health situations and she listened attentively and showed appropriate concern. She asked staff to set up my annual Medicare physical within a month. The receptionist/scheduler first explained that she wasn’t sure this could happen because Medicare physicals required coordination of two parts of the physical between the nurse and the practitioner. But she kept working on it and lo and behold. She came up with a date that was just inside the month from the day. I first stepped in the office. They worked well as a team to meet my needs.

Raimee is a compassionate, thorough doctor. Her office staff is friendly, besides the nurse I had. The nurse was kind of snotty and made a remark to me that was unprofessional. I had told her I was very nervous about being at the doctor and she rudely commented that I must have high blood pressure because I had rosey red cheeks. The nurse does not know me personally because I always get rosey red cheeks from being either overheated or nervous.
