Raimee is a compassionate, thorough doctor. Her office staff is friendly, besides the nurse I had. The nurse was kind of snotty and made a remark to me that was unprofessional. I had told her I was very nervous about being at the doctor and she rudely commented that I must have high blood pressure because I had rosey red cheeks. The nurse does not know me personally because I always get rosey red cheeks from being either overheated or nervous.

Raimee answered all of my questions and made some suggestions that was helpful to me going forward. She had read my chart so I didn’t have to repeat my history. She was also personally engaging. Meeting with her was a very satisfying experience.

All the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Ramie answered some questions for me that I had wondered about for a long time and she was able to provide provide good information and made some important suggestions that I could follow. She is wonderful.

Remi is so caring she listens and then she explains to you what’s going on and why she’s ordering the medication she ordered. I just really enjoy coming to the 555 building to see Remi and Rachelle. They are both fantastic, make sure they stay. they are definitely needed. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone that has listened so well as these two ladies do, fantastic, fantastic fantastic

I was nervous and fearful about yet again another new care provider, but Ms. Schertzberg carefully listened to my concerns. She showed empathy when I told her that my former provider [ ]. I got the refills I needed. Ms. Schertzberg made it simple.
