Stacey always listens to my concerns and there are times she has recommended something for me.And I politely declined and told her why and she completely understood without making me feel like I didn't know what was good for me. She is always attentive and has a smile on her face

My PA.Stacy Crane, she always listens to you with care and patience. Plus her nurses are also very caring. I have a thing about going to the Drs. But she make you feel comfortable and you can talk to her.

The back office staff is very poor at following up and requesting records from other medical providers. They have failed for literally one month to provide the information needed to the insurance provider to authorize an MRI for my wife. While I was in the office having an appointment of my own, I asked Stacey Crane to speak with the back office staff to get this taken care of, it’s still not done. Although I am happy with Stacey Crane as a healthcare provider, the back office staff is so poor that we are deciding whether or not we want to continue receiving care at this location

Extremely thankful that Stacy took the time to listen and get to know us at this new patient appointment. It was a much better experience than a previous interaction at this office which had us considering changing providers. At this point we believe Stacy is a good fit and will continue

She actually listened to me and spent 45 minutes doing a complete health evaluation. It was the first time I have ever received that kind of attention.

Recently moved to the area and needed to establish as a patient with a local health provider. I was able to do this on my initial visit to the clinic with an appointment within a few weeks.

Stacey and her assistant were both outstanding. The are fantastic listeners and very easy to communicate with.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I could listened to medical professionals who told me to eat better and exercise more. That would have improved my overall health and made my annual physical go better.

Stacy is the best. She has saved my life 3 times. She listens and is thoughtful and kind. Her MA is professional and knowledgeable. The front desk staff are friendly while being professional. When I have a question,if they don't have an answer they always find out what I need to know. It is always a good experience coming nere.

getting lab work done at this facility is now a bit of a hassle. they are no longer "in network" . unless we jump through hoops.
