I feel the provider always takes time to listen to my concerns and orders follow up with other providers as needed.

Information given from them about appt. or testing needed or results of either has always been precise, thoughtful and never rushed. That includes anyone I've dealt with at MidMichigan.

Stacey Crane and her staff really seem to care about my health and go out of their way to help with scheduling appointments, explain diagnostics and making sure I have everything I need.

I called to get an appointment due to a bad cold. I got in to see my doctor that morning. I have always had great care and accessibility.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Stacey Crane was a big help ( and exhibited concern for my well being) when I had major issues with some medications ordered by the ER doctor in Midland earlier that week. Whenever I have an appointment I’ve always felt my concerns were addressed and with genuine and caring attention.

My experience [date] was the best so far. It's a good thing because I was about to find another provider. Everything felt rushed before. I appreciated the focus on me and not the clock

From the front desk to the screening nurse all personnel were friendly and professional. Of course Stacey is the absolute best and a treasure to your organization. Please do not let her leave.

Stacey always listens and helps you in any way she can. I recently lost my medical insurance and she gave me options on how to save money for my blood tests. Too me that means alot!!!!

Stacy seems genuinely concerned about my wellbeing and has a plan to get me healthy .

Rarely the wait time to have a lab draw is long, had to come back the next day. I couldn’t wait , had another appointment elsewhere .

I truly feel that's the overall immediate support for my health this was tended to make me feel secure and knowing that someone was truly making enough for to make sure that I am healthy I'm impressed with mid Michigan medical offices and Houghton Lake

Everything was executed as the Direct Care Unit is truly nothing that needs to be addressed such a wonderful place very helpful and outstanding

Stacy is very down to earth and easy to talk to. She was able to see me for a telehealth session which I greatly appreciated. Stacy is very thorough and asked more questions than most doctors.

I am disappointed that the office in Roscommon is no longer available to me, but Stacy Crane at Houghton Lake, along with all her support there, is excellent, and just about well worth the longer drive.

Stacy treated us at the Urgent Care in West Branch. She was very professional, cordial, listened to our issues and proceeded to treat us..

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The referral system that you have is poor. They are not done very timely. It would be better for you to give the name of the doctor your referral is sent to or recommended and let the patient call and make the appointment. This is our biggest complaint with your system or referrals.
