I am 100% thrilled with Stacey Crane and all of the staff at her office. Everyone is helpful. Everyone listens. Everyone does as they say when they say they call you back… They do. After spending 10 years in northern Michigan I finally found this fabulous medical facility and I will not leave! Thank you, Stacey and staff for everything you do every day…

The staff called me to ask me if I wanted to schedule my bone density test and mammogram for the same day as my physical. I thought it was very pro patient because they didn’t have to do that but it was way more convenient for me.

Stacey & her staff listen to me, respond positively and take excellent care of me. I have been having issues with my left side, sacral area, and had fallen in the ice 2x’s on the ice while walking my dog this Winter. Stacey was able to get me scheduled that same afternoon for X-rays/scan of the area.

My experience was extremely positive, therefore no improvements needed.

Yes, I would say Stacey Crane because she would not accept no of going to the emergency if I had chest pain again, which I did and found out I had blockage. I am a stubborn man my wife says. As it turned it was a good thing I listened to her advice. [Name]
