I couldn't ask for a caring compassionate person.
She helped me when I needed someone to listen when I really was at the lowest point.
She gave me resources that helped me get
through a tough time.

Stacey is always on top of the latest developments in my very complicated case. She contacts other providers if necessary and arranges referrals . Very grateful!

Overall perfect for any of my needs phone info, in office visits etc
What could have been done to improve your experience?
A more quiet and private initional checking at front desk while giving personal information such as address and phone number including reason for visit etc. I was waiting to be called back and personally heard 2 other patients private info as well as why they were there. It's no one business if your there for a mammogram or pap smear or check up. And no one should hear your phone number address etc.

I'm very comfortable talking to Stacy. She puts me at ease with any issues I have. She's thoughtful and caring. Very through and full of information. Just what I need and want for my healthcare.

I am 100% thrilled with Stacey Crane and all of the staff at her office. Everyone is helpful. Everyone listens. Everyone does as they say when they say they call you back… They do. After spending 10 years in northern Michigan I finally found this fabulous medical facility and I will not leave! Thank you, Stacey and staff for everything you do every day…

The staff called me to ask me if I wanted to schedule my bone density test and mammogram for the same day as my physical. I thought it was very pro patient because they didn’t have to do that but it was way more convenient for me.
