Stacy was trying a nurse trying to be a nurse practitioner. Both of them listened and were so helpful

No. Actually, the visit noyrs include things we didn’t discuss at all. Not that I am having any issue I needed to discuss - but odd that that notes were added that were not really true.

Overall perfect for any of my needs phone info, in office visits etc
What could have been done to improve your experience?
A more quiet and private initional checking at front desk while giving personal information such as address and phone number including reason for visit etc. I was waiting to be called back and personally heard 2 other patients private info as well as why they were there. It's no one business if your there for a mammogram or pap smear or check up. And no one should hear your phone number address etc.

I am 100% thrilled with Stacey Crane and all of the staff at her office. Everyone is helpful. Everyone listens. Everyone does as they say when they say they call you back… They do. After spending 10 years in northern Michigan I finally found this fabulous medical facility and I will not leave! Thank you, Stacey and staff for everything you do every day…
