Stacey always listens and helps you in any way she can. I recently lost my medical insurance and she gave me options on how to save money for my blood tests. Too me that means alot!!!!

Stacy seems genuinely concerned about my wellbeing and has a plan to get me healthy .
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Rarely the wait time to have a lab draw is long, had to come back the next day. I couldn’t wait , had another appointment elsewhere .

I truly feel that's the overall immediate support for my health this was tended to make me feel secure and knowing that someone was truly making enough for to make sure that I am healthy I'm impressed with mid Michigan medical offices and Houghton Lake
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Everything was executed as the Direct Care Unit is truly nothing that needs to be addressed such a wonderful place very helpful and outstanding

Well, certainly Stacy is absolutely outstanding! And also, Jennifer, the nurse who did my wellness check is a real treasure! Very thorough and caring and goes beyond the job description! Hang on to her!

I feel very comfortable with Stacey and I never feel rushed with her. I really appreciate that about her. She really cares about her clients and always does her best to get all the answers for your questions.

Stacy is very down to earth and easy to talk to. She was able to see me for a telehealth session which I greatly appreciated. Stacy is very thorough and asked more questions than most doctors.

Stacy Crane pays great attention to detail. I feel as though she always has my best interest in mind at every interaction! There would be no hesitation from me to recommend her very highly. I love my PCP.

I am disappointed that the office in Roscommon is no longer available to me, but Stacy Crane at Houghton Lake, along with all her support there, is excellent, and just about well worth the longer drive.

Stacy treated us at the Urgent Care in West Branch. She was very professional, cordial, listened to our issues and proceeded to treat us..

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The referral system that you have is poor. They are not done very timely. It would be better for you to give the name of the doctor your referral is sent to or recommended and let the patient call and make the appointment. This is our biggest complaint with your system or referrals.

I don't know about classifying as Outstanding but I would say from registration through my entire visit I felt I received very good service from every staff member. I'd also say that my wait time was minimal with each intervention....
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Please figure out how to expedite test results (X-Rays for instance) within 48 hours. It doesn't make sense to schedule PT appointments when you don't have a diagnosis. And, as a patient the wait time to get results only creates added stress. Out-source if you need to.

Stacy Crane and entire staff are very professional and pleasant, I feel confident that I’m receiving high quality care. The nurse how takes the blood samples is always very cheerful and pleasant, not to mention the best at pain free draws.

Getting an appointment when needed is good. Wait times are very short. Communication with the med staff is always good.

Care received and extent of testing/referrals to help me get the care I needed.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Whoever Mid Michigan uses to read their ultrasounds and X-rays takes a horrific amount of time to get the results back. It took 2 weeks for my first ultrasound results, 8 weeks for my second. Now I have been waiting 2 weeks for my X-rays, still waiting.

Your internet didn’t fail. I have been wry disappointed with this facility. You cannot see your primary provider when needed. You have to call for a same day appointment at 7 am. By the time you get through waiting for someone to answer the phone the same day appointments are all filled up. Terrible way of running a medical clinic. Makes me wonder why we have primary doctors if we can’t even see them when needed.

When I call the office, they are always friendly and helpful. The staff in the office are very caring. Even when I am waiting for a test if someone passes by they always greet me with a smile.
