From the time I showed up for my appointment with Stacey Crane and when I went in for blood work their office was extremely organized so much so that I didn't have to wait long and once I was received their work was excellent in testing and dealing with me. Thank you for your help.

There wasn't a whole lot of room for improvement. They have their procedures pretty down pat.

I never had to call again to get an appt., to request again for a medication, to get a service i needed ir requested even if it was for a service they didn't directly provide. That is remarkable in this medical care day and age.😁

Stacey Crane has always done a great job. She watches my health, keeps me informed and makes sure I fully understand our decisions. She communicates better than any other health care provider I have dealt with. She also cares and has gone out of her way to address a couple of health issues that were important.

The back office staff is very poor at following up and requesting records from other medical providers. They have failed for literally one month to provide the information needed to the insurance provider to authorize an MRI for my wife. While I was in the office having an appointment of my own, I asked Stacey Crane to speak with the back office staff to get this taken care of, it’s still not done. Although I am happy with Stacey Crane as a healthcare provider, the back office staff is so poor that we are deciding whether or not we want to continue receiving care at this location
