What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was very impressed with how quickly my medical concerns were addressed when having issues that came up sporadically. Him and his PA were both professional, understanding, compassionate, and effective in coming up with a treatment plan as well as how to get a hold of them if any issues arise. I felt very seen and understood, especially since I sometimes struggle to vocalize how I’m feeling. They both made me feel comfortable enough to talk about my health concerns.

Friendly staff and most important to me is that Dr. Hagan listens to my concerns and doesn't blow off any questions I have. I have had issues with past providers tell me "I'm too young" to have anything wrong with me or that "I have no family history of that issue." When I raise concerns to Dr. Hagan, he listens and provides answers or helps me find a specialist immediately. He also asks if there's ANYTHING ELSE bothering me, and when I did forget something if was very easy to reach out via MyPortal and got an answer same day or following day.

Primary care physicians are hard to come by. We like Dr Hagen enough to have followed him from Freeland to Midland when he moved.

Dr. Hagen is great and always so nice. His nurse too. Just from my last visit I wasn’t impressed with the ladies at the reception, almost it felt like they were rude. I don’t remember having this impression before but this time it felt different.

I’ve seen a lot of doctors and offices. Been treated bad at some and ok at others. This place is different because doctor hagan truly worries about his patients and you can see that plain as day. At the time I was not happy but he’s always ready to send me to hospital if he thinks my infection has spread or at least have an xray. He’s very thorough like that. Staff soooo nice too. As is doc hagan.
