This is [NAME]’s daughter [NAME] filling out the form. Dr Hagen was off the charts fantastic! He dealt with an extremely difficult situation with such care and compassion, my husband and I were extremely impressed with the way he handled the situation with my elderly Mother. He took the information that was provided to him and asked her all the right questions to get her to explain what she has been hearing, seeing, and feeling; so that he could make the proper diagnosis and do what was necessary to help her. We think he is an excellent doctor and would highly recommend him to anyone!

The office staff is friendly and welcoming and very professional. Dr. Hagan is attentive friendly and easy to talk too. Best Doc i have ever had.

Dr. Hagan has been the best physician I have had in my many years with MyMichigan. He listens and guides in a way that is not pushy and shows he truely cares. His staff, RN Renea and MA Sarah are so friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Im thankful to have all 3 of them as my health care team. Thank you!

Office staff ( front end) lacking in communication I had x-rays done last week, ordered by dr. John . No one called me with results, I called office earlier this week and nobody answered the phone and went to voicemail. I left message stating I wish to find out results of x-rays, no one called me back!!! Not good.

Listened to concerns but didn’t always do what he said . Example—ordered a referral to surgeon before seeing results from scan as he indicated he was going to do. Maybe he rethought this after I left the office. It was just confusing to go into portal and see referral and receive call from referred doctor when I was waiting on scan. It turned out fine as I had another flare up.

I would recommend Dr Hagan to anyone without hesitation. He is friendly, thorough and genuinely cares. He talks about things in a way you can understand and is relatable. He went above and beyond for our family when our daughter was just 3 days old and was losing too much weight.
