This was first time I’ve met him as my doctor. Since I’ve been under care of a PA or NP for several years since my old docs retired. It was a very short visit for a specific minor issue. I was very impressed and felt comfortable I could talk to him and see him in the future if I need him for something my NP can’t handle. Look forward to future visits.

Dr. Hagan has wonderful compassion & understanding to work in the geriatric field. He was so calm & sweet talking with my dad recently. Great doctor that Midland is lucky to have!

Dr Hagan delivers good service as a PCP. He maintains an excellent staff, and the atmosphere of his office is friendly and reassuring.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
We are pleased, over all, with the care we've gotten from Dr Hagan's office. The staff is outstanding. The thoroughness of check ups is somewhat lacking; Dr Hagan has never seen most of our body without clothing. A doctor cannot be both modest and effective, in our opinion. Many physical ailments are only visible in those areas not usually shared with the general public. Other than this point, we like John as a PCP.

This was my first opportunity to meet Dr. Hagan. He was very professional and kind as we discussed my medication and wellbeing since being released from the mental health care facility. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hagan to friends and family seeking continuing care.

That the staff was all wonderful and helped me get my father inlaw the care he need . It wasn’t easy getting my father inlaw law stuff switched from [State] to Michigan and they staff made it easier for me .

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I am a senior I go nowhere. I went to the doctor and got sick. I know I got sick from visiting my doctors office. I called for a telephone appointment and was not given antibiotics. I called a week later and was not given antibiotics and was basically told to wait or to go to urgent care I am not happy. Dr. HAGEN is an excellent doctor, but he seems rushed to fit in everyone that he has to see and the office environment at the 555 building is wicked. The staff is forced to deal with too many people allotted time frames per visit are too small. There needs to be a sick room at the office where people who are sick are put in and therefore don’t spread germs to everyone else
