I love going to the office of Dr. Victors, he is a very personable down to earth person. He listens very well. He is an asset to the office. The staff at MyMichigan Family Medicine – Birch Run, especially Dr. Victor and the nurse assistant, are outstanding. As a new patient, they immediately made me feel like they genuinely care about my health and well-being. They took the time to listen, were compassionate, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I’m very excited to continue my healthcare with this office and truly appreciate the excellent care I’ve received so far. Dr. Victor is very professional in addressing this patient’s health issues. Although professional, he does create a comfortable environment when discussing my concerns! That he is an amazing doctor and I would absolutely recommend anybody who needs somebody that will listen and actually Care to start going to him. He has drastically changed my opinion of having a primary care physician since I have had such a horrible time finding one that will actually do anything about my chronic pain

I've been pleased with my doctor and his interest in my health, Seems to enjoy his profession and its easy to discuss issues I have or may develop. The rest of the staff has been pleasant and I have to say I'm amazed at how good the people in the blood test do their jobs!!

Not Andrew Victor's problem but the phlebotomist that took my blood the last two times left me with some really bad bruising and didn't really seem to know what she was doing until the other person took over in there and she just immediately found the mane and Drew the blood. So nothing against Andrew Victor but that phlebotomist needs to receive a little more training
