Very hard to reach by phone. Office staff seem a bit grumpy, thiugh the MA we saw this time was very chserful and helpful. My husband is [age] and has dementia, causing difficulty dealing with strangers. Now he has had to deal with two orimart physicians retiring in less than a year

Dr. Sarvepalli Is very knowledgeable in his field and has been the best doctor I have had in 20 years. I feel lucky to have him as my provider and he has greatly helped me to achieve my health goals. Dr. Sarvepalli Has helped me to create a better quality of life through effective health care treatment.

The ease of getting in for an appointment. You can have any bloodwork done on site. The medical personnel listen to my concerns. They’re very thorough and refill any needed medications.

Dr Raghu is absolutely the best family doctor I Saginaw. I am sad that he is retiring, but he really deserves it. Hopefully his replacement is as good as he was

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
This was an urgent, one-time appointment for painful hemorrhoids and yeast infection, and I was seen by this provider due to my regular PC provider being on vacation. Dr Ragu was polite and knowledgeable, listened carefully and answered my questions. The Rx's he ordered quickly resolved the yeast infection; however, the hemorrhoids will need further attention, probably a referral for treatment.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Ragu listens to me. My body responds to physical therapy better than pain meds. My therapy was extensive but I’m walking. I still have pain, but I control it mostly without medicine: if needed Dr. Ragu advised a safer dose for me. I am saddened that he’s retiring. Good doctors are far and few between. I pray for Divine Health, everyday.

Organized office. Dr Raghu is excellent. Will miss him. Hope the person who is replacing him is as competent and caring as he is. Wish him the best in his retirement. HE WILL BE MISSED.

The person who was helping Dr always seems to be in a bad mood .. short and snippy but the people at the desk are always nice and the girl who took vitals is always very nice as well

Over the years. this doctor has been responsive and thorough; will miss him upon his retirement. Hopeful this will continue with his replacement. In the office many people have also been helpful. In particular Katelyn and Alexis have been very helpful. Brandi in the lab also has been helpful. There seem to have been some bumps with the recent transition. But, one would think that these will even out soon.
