My husband and I, have never had any issues with Katie!
If either one of us has an issue, Katie is right there for us, one on one, getting it resolved! Each and every time, she has!

I have always gotten in on time, but this last I was there about 45 minutes before Katie came in. An I appreciate the time I had with her, my time is so important that I do not like to waste time, an that is what I felt. So schedule more appropriately.

She is genuine. When I go in for my appointments I feel like her attention is on me, not what she has going on the rest of the day. She takes her time and addresses any concerns I may have.

Katie sits right down and makes eye contact, listening carefully to what I have to say. She answers questions thoroughly and in an easy to understand manner. She has a “cheerleader” approach and makes me feel comfortable with asking questions. My favorite medical person. I appreciate her immensely!!

Katie is the FIRST PA or physician that has taken TIME to really know me and listen. Her staff, especially Megan are fantastic. I use MyMidHealth so they respond quickly! I trust Katie and she feels like family vs. in the past, I am just an appointment. Katie is the real deal and I appreciate her and the physicians that support her.

The provider is great. My only complaint is the the length of time it is taking to get imaging results. I am VERY CONCERNED about this. I have waited 45 days for X-ray results as has my spouse. I am in need of a chest X-ray at this time and am going to another provider even though I live 2 minutes from the hospital
