He is the best dr I have found. He sits, listens, and explains things to me and cares about my opinions. Staff was shakey there during the merge with Midland hospital and I did have major issues dealing with the staff getting scripts called in within 2 to 3 days, but they took weeks to get my referral and scripts tended to. Dr had no clue this was what I was dealing with and he apologized and planned to take care of it. I highly recommend him because he cares. Especially for me with several different health problems.

Doctor is very good, clinical staff is acceptable, but office staff is not friendly. Woman at the front window has been rude to me on each occasion.

The wait times are a bit long. Some of the staff are not friendly especially the receptionist. The doctor however is the best doctor I've ever had and makes it worth it.

I would recommend Dr. Sarkar. My only negative experience is that my insurance is now out of network. A situation out of my control. My family has been with Dr. Sarkar since he first opened his practice. Long before Mid Michigan came in the picture. We have no interest in changing physicians. The office makes an big deal about everytime you have an appointment. A form has to be signed stating you agree to pay for the office visit. The receptionist makes sure to tell you your out of network as well. It makes you feel like they don't want you there. I understand it costs more. We are willing to pay the extra and have the means to do so.

He didn’t do a thorough exam on me. Didn’t look in my throat, do a hernia exam, check my prostrate, ask me how I was feeling, if I had any issues. A very poor physical exam in my opinion. Seemed to be in a hurry to get to the next patient.

Dr. Sarkar was great. He thinks & acts quickly so be very clear from the onset of your visit. I was put on the schedule same day I called, which was great. And Ashley repeated my fall injuries correctly on the phone & I could tell she was typing as she spoke. When Dr. walked in & kindly introduced himself, he squeezed both hands directly on my injuries causing enormous pain. He felt badly & apologized saying he didn't realize... I don't understand this. He was being thorough, I think, just maybe hadn't read the notes or talked with the awesome girl who showed me into the room. He is very knowledgeable in his field. Just make things clear right away, that's all.

Dr. Sarkar is the best. I have a problem with the staff. My prescription was sent to the wrong place and I had problems getting it sent to the proper place. I called the office 4 times. I had to make an appointment to go there in person and talk to Dr. Sarkar to get it taken care of. I have not had any problem with the staff other than that.

There are too many people in the exam room while I am conversing with the doctor. This was my first visit with Dr Sarkar after seeing Dr Bogess for 30 years, I am very impressed with Dr Sarkar so far.

Dr.Sarkar is great but his personal answering the phone is not punctual. Had to redial to make appointment and then get transferred to another person. Vassar center was more efficient than this one. Not his fault though.

Dr. Sarkar is an absolute phenomenal doctor takes his time explains things and I would recommend them to anybody. The only issue that me and my son personally is having since the first of the year is they got a new system and we can’t get our subscriptions filled. I’m still waiting for my subscriptions now and I’ve been out for two weeks. this has never been an issue the last 10 years that I’ve had Dr. Sarkra as a doctor. They got a new system first of the year and now I can’t get subscriptions filled

Dr sarkar is the best around. He listens to me and then comes up with a plan to fix the problem. Fast, friendly, caring, professional and the list goes on. As long as he is practicing medicine I'll be going to see him.

Dr sarkar is the best but the staff at his new office is very rude, doesn't listen to me and have given me the run a round about getting the medicine the Dr order me. I've been on the same medication for over 4 years now and the staff won't listen to me or respond to the messages I have left.

Dr. Sarkar is a wonderful man, his is very smart, well educated, and just plan dose his job. Turn around on prescriptions is getting ridiculous taking over a full work week, however we can't call them in that far in advance.
