Dr.Sarkar is great but his personal answering the phone is not punctual. Had to redial to make appointment and then get transferred to another person. Vassar center was more efficient than this one. Not his fault though.

Dr. Sarkar is an absolute phenomenal doctor takes his time explains things and I would recommend them to anybody. The only issue that me and my son personally is having since the first of the year is they got a new system and we can’t get our subscriptions filled. I’m still waiting for my subscriptions now and I’ve been out for two weeks. this has never been an issue the last 10 years that I’ve had Dr. Sarkra as a doctor. They got a new system first of the year and now I can’t get subscriptions filled

Dr sarkar is the best around. He listens to me and then comes up with a plan to fix the problem. Fast, friendly, caring, professional and the list goes on. As long as he is practicing medicine I'll be going to see him.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr sarkar is the best but the staff at his new office is very rude, doesn't listen to me and have given me the run a round about getting the medicine the Dr order me. I've been on the same medication for over 4 years now and the staff won't listen to me or respond to the messages I have left.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Sarkar is a wonderful man, his is very smart, well educated, and just plan dose his job. Turn around on prescriptions is getting ridiculous taking over a full work week, however we can't call them in that far in advance.

Great doc! So understanding and listens! Would recommend him doc Sarkra to anyone and everyone! The only problem we have is getting meds filled! My son had to wait three weeks to get his meds called in and we had to go into the office to get that done calling for three weeks asking for his meds did nothing. My the father [Name] is now having the same problem can’t get a med refill

This doctor is very special to me. He listens and will try to get to the root of things. He knows his business when it comes to finding what is wrong with you and he will support you with whatever is wrong with you.

I'd tell them that Arup is the BEST! But the office needs a new phone system or more staff as phone wait times can be as much as 15 minutes. But to get care from Arup I'd wait longer if need be.

I’ve only just met him at the hospital and at the facility so I don’t know a lot about him. But I do like everything I know about Doctor Sarkar so I would recommend him to any of my family and friends. He’s a good doctor.

I would tell them that the Doctor's fine. But the staff is very poor uneducated and very rude to the patients. I would fire most of the front staff for their own professionalism.

New patient. Doctor has gone out of his way to help me with getting the care and medicines needed. He has listened and followed up on all my health concerns. He immediately made me feel at ease, and confident in choosing him as my new PCP.

He is an amazing doctor. He needs to hold seminars and teach other doctors how to have a great of bed side manners as he does. And the staff is very kind.

Peasently surprised. Had to get a new doctor due to change in insurance. Was not sure about randomly picking a provider. Could not be happier with the doctor. He has gone out of his way to help me with my medical care.

Finally found a doctor that is easy to talk to and can tell that he cares about me and my health. He listened to everything I said and talked to me in a way I could understand. He was able to get my diabetes back undercontrol fast after I had trouble. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor that cares about his patients.
