he's an amazing Dr who understands what I deal with daily. He works hard to find ways to help me live without pain daily. He listens to me fully, understands what I suffer from, and is an amazing person.

I love Dr Sarvar but his assistants are incompetent and never return phone calls or follow-ups that they were supposed to so I have to continuously call and leave messages to no avail because nothing ever gets done until I go in for my next appointment and it starts all over again. The receptionist in the assistance pass the buck and don't take responsibility for anything they just blame the doctor for everything which is unacceptable in my opinion

I showed up for my scheduled appointment 15 minutes early after I checked in I waited one and a half hours for the doctor to come and talk to me, and then he spent less than five minutes talking to me

The doctor was great. The office itself seems to be a little disoriented. I think because doctors are coming. Doctors are going kind of put a strain on them at Heritage family physicians.

Dr Sakar is an excellent Dr. but the staff at the front desk,and whoever runs the online stuff is very incompentant. I needed labs before appt. They never ever gave me labs. The ma was actually talking [removed profanity] about Dr Sakar behind his back. They are all at the front desk gossiping and not helping people. Too busy worried about other peoples business. I do not normally write bad reviews but the last time was too much. It’s disrespectful

I saw Dr. Sarkar just recently, and I am very pleased with the experience I had. He displayed doctor-patient relationship (very personable), and was very friendly showing concern about my well-being. Dr. Sarkar seems to be very experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
