Very nice Doctor & the staff is also nice. The only thing that I didn’t like, I was told to arrive 15 min before my appointment but sat there waiting for almost a hour in the waiting room.

This was my first visit with him after my previous physician retired, he is very thorough and explains things so that they are easy to understand and why he is doing that. Very happy with my new primary care physician.

This was my first visit with Dr. Sarkar. He listened to what I said and told me of a similar experience he had to mine. It made me feel he understood my problem. He agreed with my requests and ordered appropriate medication. His scribe was not as familiar with his duties as the previous scribe but he managed with help from Dr. Sarkar. Overall, it was a pleasant visit.

The staff and Dr Roop soccer or very friendly and answer my questions told me the results of testing put a plan together for future visits and couldn't ask for anything better

Dr. Sarkar is a good doctor. He always treats you with respect. Only problem was staff set my appointment on wrong day, the received notice I'd missed my appointment, with a warning if I continue to miss appointments I won't be able to continue as a patient . I called office explaining what happened. Received mo apologies. Justs reset appointment for an even later date. Otherwise service was great.

Dr. Arup Sarkar is an excellent physician. He truly cares about you as evident by the social exchange taken place during my in person appointment with Him. He is very intelligent and knows what you need. I loved His bed side manners during my last appointment with Him because He asked me how I like my headphones that I had on. Then He explained the physics as to how they work and how your body is able to hear the sound. I thought that was really cool. Whenever I have needed anything from Him regarding medications, He has always been very understanding and asks me why I take this and why I take that. He has done so much more than all my previous PCP’s. He is a hidden gem in Saginaw MI. I’m very grateful that He is working where He is working and that He takes my health insurance. I also like how the health care team always seems to have college medical students there asking me questions about medications since I usually only visit for medication management purposes. :)
