My experience with Jessica was great, but my blood work came back abnormal on MyChart, and I still haven’t heard from her office! Now, it’s only been two days, but if I have the results, she should too! I was expecting to hear from her office today, if not hopefully next week! Maybe I am expecting too much?

I am very wary of taking prescribed meds and having tests and procedures done that I am not confident are necessary or warranted. Jessica is accepting of my concerns and hesitation and offers me her opinion without judgement or pressure. I have not found that in most medical professionals I have dealt with.

Our family loves Jessica Faber and her staff. Any time we have had or experienced any issues or anything we weren’t in agreement with it has been with other staff whom are not involved in our medical care. Faber and her staff though are always extremely kind, they’re professional and they’re always pleasant to be around. I’d say My Michigan has a huge asset in their office by having Jessica representing them.
