I am very impressed with the quality of care at Gladwin Health Park. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I also like the fact that I can be seen as an urgent care patient if I can't see my PCP,Jessica Faber.

She listens to what is going on and really cares. When I told her how a medication made me feel she found a solution. I don’t feel like I’m on an assembly line doctors visit with her.

Both times I’ve been to an appointment with Jessica Faber, I do not feel as though she cares about me as an individual. I get the medical help needed, but then I get rushed out of the office. Both of my appointments I had at least half the time of our appointment left with more questions to ask, but she has not asked me if I have any more concerns and is already standing up to leave when done with the initial cause of the appointment. When making the appointment online, it says to list the main reason for seeking an appointment, not to list all of the reasons, so I don’t. Yet, in the office, there is a paper stating if additional concerns are brought up you will be charged for them. Very confusing. So, my medical needs are met, but there is really no level of care for me as an individual. She is generally nice, but it feels as though she just wants me to get out of the office.

She is very easy to talk to, listens to your concerns and takes time with you. She doesn't seem in a hurry to get you out the door so she can get another patient in.

Not only is she kind and personable, but she truly listens to what you have to say. She has been my husband and my doctor through some very serious health issues and I feel safe knowing she is there. Her staff has been some of the kindest woman I know, specifically Arika [ ]. Remembering details about my family to make sure we are all ok. I wish everyone was as lucky as I am for having her as a doctor because she truly makes a difference in our lives. I highly recommend her to anyone one who asks.

Jessica is very knowledgeable, always willing to listen to what I have to say and very friendly. My appointment was at 1:30 and I was out of the building at 1:20!
