Krista McNamara is outstanding as my care provider. She knows a lot and diagnosis’s correctly. I trust her with not just my life but my husbands. She is the best “doctor”.I’ve ever had!

She was very thorough and conducted a comprehensive review of my history and current health issues. I felt heard and exceptionally cared for by Krista McNamara. I believe having her as my new primary care physician will be life changing.

Krista McNamara was exceptional. She truly listened, and her responses were so down to earth that I had no trouble feeling that she understood me, and that I understood her. I'm so very impressed and grateful to her.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing that needed to be improved. My experience was one of the best with her, and I really look forward to having her as my PCP. I'm very satisfied and grateful. Thank you for asking.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I have been a patient with mid Michigan in Houghton Lake for 13 years and now I would prefer to make all my appointments through Russ common I feel that it is less stressful it is not as congested and the care is very different over there and I certainly would hope they consider taking Krista McNamara and putting her there full-time

Referrals do not seem to be timely and often sent to the incorrect place requiring the patient having to request again

I always recommend Mid Michigan Roscommon and Houghton Lake. I worked and received care from [withheld name of other medical center] for 15 years and the service, care, and compassion that Mid Michigan provides is so above and beyond what I experienced as a patient there. I will always refer people to Mid Michigan.

Krista is incredible! She’s so smart and thorough. I saw her once due to my regular provider being unable to see me. I really believe that chance encounter turned my health around. Now she is my provider and I couldn’t be happier! She’s really the BEST!
