Krista and her nurses are excellent! Krista listens and takes very good care of both my husband and myself. I would never go to anyone else. Mid Michigan is very fortunate to have such an excellent doctor on staff!

I ALWAYS feel like Krista listens to me and goes out of her way to help in any way. It is impprtant to feel HEARD when it comes to our health and medical care. I always feel heard. I trust Krista completely.

I am truly impressed with the entire staff in Houghton Lake. Krista is amazing and listens carefully to my concerns and takes care of them. Her staff is always friendly and kind. Great place to receive care!

Krista Mcnamara is an amazing physician. I know they she will respond when I need her. She listens, gives advice, problem solves with me. The unfortunate issue i run into is, when I need to see her the appointment is 3-4 months out. They only option I'm given is to call in the morning to see if an appt is available for that day. Doesn't work well for a working person. If I need a physician my only choice is ER or Urgent Care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Appointments for current patients be when they need it not 3 months out.

This last visit was a bit of a let down. Krista was very thorough, as usual, but the M/A made me feel as though my very presence was an inconvenience. Why send the M/A back in after the visit with the provider for them to tell you with very flat affect, "Your next visit is on the portal."
What could have been done to improve your experience?
If the provider states that they would like the patient to try a sample medication to help with an issue, that should be communicated to the M/A.

The service that I received was outstanding and the courtesy that everybody showed me and and Krista called me herself and told me what my test results were and then Christmas come in the next day she called me and checked on me again and made sure everything was all right very outstanding service at mid Michigan health nothing but outstanding people work there

Nothing could have been better cuz I got the very best service that I could get any worse that's why I only go to mid Michigan health services

For the Dr not to judge me for what I do. An I still haven't gotten my anxiety. Gave me med I had reactions to.

The only issue I have is, I always E-check in answering all the questions completely then asked again when I come in for my appointment. I will quit the E-check in if the questions at the appointment are the same.

Echeck in or at appt questions, pick one but it shouldn't be both.

Krista is very compassionate and answers and explains everything I need to know about my health. Timely answers any requests or questions I have or subscription renewals on the message service through patient portal at Mid Michigan.
