Medical assistant was very polite and kind. Krista listened to my concerns and called me back herself with the results. She was again, able to figure out what was going on. She is amazing. The young lady that did my xray was super quick and friendly. No complaints here!

What could have been done to improve your experience?

When I called earlier in the week for an appointment, the young lady on the phone was not so nice. Short, stern and seemed like she did not care. She told me to call Thursday for a same day appointment as Krista was out of the office. I asked if she had anything the next week or that Friday...she said "NO" I asked if anyone else could see me and again it was "NO. She could have said...I am sorry but ....

I fell and hurt myself and I called the office to make an appointment to see Krista McNamara and they got me in right away!

What could have been done to improve your experience?

I had an X-ray taken and I never received feedback/results about the X-ray.

Krista McNamara is absolutely amazing. She listens and does not rush. She has a perfect bedside manner. She is part of my team, and communicates with other specialists in my the best interests. She is quick in ordering any test I may need and always follow ups with me in a very timely manner. Krista needs to spend more time with me, It's as if she is in a rush to get the appointment over with. I have many issues to talk with her about. Her staff is very unprofessional. They call me to discuss my upcoming visit then in the middle of the discussion they hang up on me. For the amount of money my insurance is paying I don't feel I am getting my moneys worth,

Krista is a good listener. Her ability to be a "focused listener" is strong and very effective. I feel though I have "that moment" as mine separate from all other competing pieces on her plate. She comes through as caring yet objective and thourough knows her stuff

Switching to Krista McNamara as a provider was one of my best decisions I could have made for my heath care. Her and her nursing staff all have been amazing and could not recommend her more. I have told more than one person to switch to her when asked who I would recommend. Krista has done more for my heath care in the last year than most of my Doctors or PAs have in the last 20 years. Please keep her around
