Krista and her nursing staff are always so nice and helpful and informative and only want to provide the best care. They have never made me feel like just another problem patient. I couldn’t ask for a better care team

The problem isn't the doctor, or the nurse and staff, it's the other facilities. ( like radiology, and other hospital testing)

She really is an amazing care provider. She is so smart and up to date with the medical world. She doesn’t miss a thing! She listens and offers solutions- I feel like I am in solid medical care with her as my provider.

Krista is so knowledgeable and she is very caring. She doesn’t let anything slip by her. I honestly believe that a chance meeting I had with her during an emergency visit saved my life. She continues to provide amazing care and she also sets up a winning team of specialists that I need for my continued medical needs. She really is the best!

Yes, Krista McNamara got on the computer and printed me out a receipt or coupon for Mounjaro So that I could take it to the pharmacist to get a discount to me that was going way above and beyond

Krista McNamara is by far the best provider I've ever had. She listens, cares, follow up even on weekends. I've not had a provider that made me feel this seen or cared for. She goes above and beyond and has been so great for my husband and I both.

My experience is always amazing. I question why I do the online portion you quicken my check in only to be asked the same question at check in. Seems like a waste of my time checking in online. I would love to hear the reason behind it before I stop checking in online all together.

I felt seen as a person and spoken to without bias, this made me feel confident and more secure. I would like to thank Doctor McNamara, her staff, and all who has helped me transition, God Bless.

The check I. With the front desk is ridiculous. They ask the same questions I answered on E check-in 36 hours before. Then I have back to back appointments and I have to come back to the front desk between the appointments when they are right next to each other. Then ask the same questions from an hour ago!! What a lack of efficiency

Receptionist is always there with smile, is such a happy and joy to see when go in , she makes you not just feel not like another number. So awesome love the drs and staff.

I don't know where to begin: if you want a Dr that listens to what you have to say an genuinely cars about her patients, I would be running to be a patient of Krista McNameras.You will find real compassion in her for her patients. She gets the biggest A+++++++ in my book

Krista McNamara, is probably one of the only Drs left in this world that actually cares abought It s an listens to what her patients are saying. If there was an award for caring an listening ( even if it's some subject she doesn't like, she will do her best to help her patients)

I wasn’t told blood work was ordered until I got home and could have done it before I left building.

Krista answers all my questions , always very friendly yet professional in her answers.

Wait time in the exam room after Krista has left needs some improvement. I had to have blood draw done and waited 20 minutes before nurse came in and checked on me. I just had to sit and wait till someone checked.

I was a patient of Erin Booms, NP and she left so I was contacted to set up with a new provider and the was Krista McNamara, PA. She was amazing she really listened to my concerns, provided great medical advice/care, and helped me solve some issues that I thought I was just going to have to deal with. Quite thankful for everything Krista did even though I live about 35-40 minutes away I will continue to come and see her for my medial care. It’s amazing what can be solved in one office visit with her.

The Roscommon staff is top notch. From reception to Leah and Krista, they are the folks that keep us coming back and staying with this organization for our care. Everyone is kind and my provider takes things seriously. No better care in Northern Michigan!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The only comment I’d have is if we e-check in, I’m not sure why I also get a nurse call to check in early too.
