Dr. Weckesser has a great bedside manner and makes you feel at ease with your questions and concerns. She also makes you feel you are the best person you should be provides her concerns with Trust and knowledge. Best Dr. I've had in years! She is much appreciated!

My only complaint would be that, it's very hard to get someone to answer the phone. I'm usually waiting upwards of 15 minutes before anyone answers and then they have to contact office staff. It's a headache!! They need someone who answers the phone.

The staff out front can be rude at times but the nurses and the doctor in the back are always kind and understanding.

Find another doctor.She spent maybe 10 15 minutes with me .So she left ,said she would be right back in.I had other mportant questions for her.She never returned and went to the next patient.I felt like she just brushed me off.As you can tell from this message I'm not happy at all.Basically disappointed.

On my last visit she didn't deal with issues that concerned me most. I sensed a loss of empathy. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I really like her and hope this is not a sign of things to come.
