The staff.made me an appointment then when I arrived on time was told that I was there at the wrong time and would not be seen. Dr though is very knowledgeable and takes caring time.

Dr. Weckesser is easy to approach, actively lessons and strives to meet my goals with me. She is very intelligent and is able to explain things in a way that I understand.And she’s funny!

Dr Melissa is a good provider It seems to be difficult to get prescription renewal for certain prescriptions. I could take a week to refill a certain prescription for Ativan I find this ridiculous The staff doesn’t always pass requests to the Dr She is busy. I have to tell her myself I’ve asked for a refill So far Tracy is the best nurse to communicate with. She is quick to respond. There is a Telisba or similar name I refuse to communicate with She is rude and has no business in the medical field.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. W listens to me and values what I say. She will work with me to change one of my medications. She even does extra testing if needed. I feel that I am very fortunate to have her for my doctor.

I sent follow up information regarding my past sleep apnea test and never received a response from the nurse. No one has called to schedule my EMG as yet

Dr. Weckesser is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is precise, kind, patient, and I feel like I'm in good hands with her. Her memory amazes me. I love that she listens, really listens to me, and explains everything in great detail. If she thinks I need to see a specialist, she directs me in the proper fashion. I'm just so confident with her. She has an incredible staff, they are so friendly, all seem to have a wonderful sense of humor. This is one appointment I never dread. Good people, we are so lucky as a community to have that facility out East of town. So fortunate!!!

My biggest complaint is the MyChart message/text Follow thru is very poor. Then send a message and when I have answered the question it can be a week or more the respond back There needs to be more consistent staff reviews, responses and follow through

She is a very caring doctor and carefully listens to what you are telling her. When I have had problems it's been with scheduling of appointments. Made when she wasn't going to be in office or cancelled and rescheduled. No problems with Dr. We lesser but at times...scheduled appointments
