The office personnel were very courteous and helpful! Chelsea Bruns was professional, caring, and answered all of my questions. I appreciated how they were able to get me in right away. The Chelsea was very smart when she realized my medication and my mental health needs were beyond her scope of practice and referred me out to psychiatry, which I really appreciated knowing that she knew her limit and the help that I needed was beyond that of the office.

Chelsea is always taking time to listen during my appointments, either in person or via phone/zoom. She is very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns and we come to an understanding of what I need to do and what she can help me with. Best doctor I have had in a very long time.

Chelsea's office got both my wife (her PCP) and I in at the same time together. We both really appreciate that and it was the first time I had seen Chelsea. Her help with our appointment and two Rxs got both my wife feeling better.

Chelsea Bruns was fantastic, she spent time with me and found out the problem I was having. She acted quickly and I had to go to the hospital to have serious surgery done. She was very professional, took time and explained what my problem was and how serious it could have been. Very happy with the time she spent with me.

I had an injury while out of state, and used the Patient Portal to message Chelsea about it and ask for an appointment. I received a message same day to schedule me for an appointment the first day I returned. I have always had prompt attention, and have received excellent care.

I was disappointed with her not listening to my health concern. It seemed as though she just dismissed what I was saying and advised me to apply heat to the ear and throat and it would probably get better on its own.

Chelsea gives me time to explain whatever information I need to tell her. She listens and addresses all of my concerns and questions, almost always anticipating what I need from her before I even ask. She is pleasant and kind. Her staff is the same. It’s always a pleasure to see them. The receptionists are also kind and pleasant.
