What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
She is amazing. Chelsea listens to concerns and answers all your questions respectfully and in a manner you understand. If you don't understand something and ask questions, Chelsea breaks it down for you in a polite manner. Chelsea makes you feel heard and follows up with your concerns. In my opinion, Chelsea has saved my life on two occasions. Once when I was battling anxiety/depression and she got me comfortable with a plan of medicine and therapy, Chelsea made me comfortable, and I trusted her fully. Secondly when Chelsea listened to me about needing peace of mind when it came to my breast health, she had me on a 6 month routine of mammogram/ultrasound which led to the early detection of my breast cancer. I would follow her anywhere to keep the care, support, and confidence I have in her.

I would highly recommend Chelsea to anyone! She is personable, energetic, and most importantly caring. I appreciate the care she gives my two daughters as well. She is a very valuable person in our health care and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I love Chelsea and her staff. I know they are very busy and do their best to get back with me asap. However I was a bit nervous yesterday because I had to redo a lab and was informed I may not get results right away. It sounded alarming to me because my potassium was so low. I went back to have it done asap only to now wait til Monday. But I think it’s the process my Michigan has in place as to when labs are delivered. For cases like this I wish they would consider the patients feelings vs making them wait. NOT Chelsea’s offices fault, but My MidMichigan should have a better process.

Never sent the prescription to the pharmacy as they said they would. Never added visit summary to record so that I could use as referencr whild trying to buy something over the counter so that I would not get worse over the weekend. It was a waste of time the visit!

Chelsea is amazing. She is very aware of my past medical history and is able to point out the correct dx and meds for me every time I see her., she is a great PCP and feel very lucky to have her involved in my medical care.
