What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I love Chelsea and her staff. I know they are very busy and do their best to get back with me asap. However I was a bit nervous yesterday because I had to redo a lab and was informed I may not get results right away. It sounded alarming to me because my potassium was so low. I went back to have it done asap only to now wait til Monday. But I think it’s the process my Michigan has in place as to when labs are delivered. For cases like this I wish they would consider the patients feelings vs making them wait. NOT Chelsea’s offices fault, but My MidMichigan should have a better process.

Never sent the prescription to the pharmacy as they said they would. Never added visit summary to record so that I could use as referencr whild trying to buy something over the counter so that I would not get worse over the weekend. It was a waste of time the visit!

Chelsea is amazing. She is very aware of my past medical history and is able to point out the correct dx and meds for me every time I see her., she is a great PCP and feel very lucky to have her involved in my medical care.

I’ve been at the 555 building since [year] before it was midmichigan. I like the friendliness and seemingly extra attentiveness I get from PAC’s and that’s why I like Chelsea. She exudes confidence in the issues I need to discuss with her and exudes trust in me in the things I’m saying to her like she trusts my judgment and when she has reason to disagree, she does it in a way that doesn’t disrupt my sensitivity.
