Chelsea listens and genuinely cares. Even if your opinion differs from hers, she politely explains her views and listens and respects your responses. She makes you feel comfortable like she has all the time in the world for you while efficiently doing her job. Chelsea makes appointments less stressful by her overall attitude and demeanor. She makes it look effortless to care for others and I appreciate her more than words could ever describe. Her staff is amazing, especially her nurse Robin. I know I am in great and capable hands with them and it’s an overwhelming comfort especially when you are navigating new health journeys. I have been seeing Chelsea since she was in Gladwin, then the 555 Building and I will follow her anywhere to keep the care and treatment she provides not only to myself but my family. We are grateful and so appreciative to have a healthcare provider as amazing as her and her staff!

I felt rushed and when she asked if I had any questions I couldn’t remember the things I wanted to ask about so I said no. In the past I didn’t feel rushed, and she is a good provider. I’m in transition from my doctor who retired, to Chelsea and I’m sure there will be an adjustment period.
