What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
She is an awesome provider and extremely knowledgeable. She keeps record of everything and she actually listens to her patients, if it wasn’t for her help, I wouldn’t have been able to get on the right meds. She is transparent and very professional. Her whole office is extremely nice and helpful and filled with very positive attitudes. They are not lazy at all in their jobs and you can tell they truly care about what they’re doing. That’s key to having a successful business. I leave an appointment always feeling better than when I had walked in, I don’t know many doctor offices you can say that about.

Limited contact as a relatively new Medicare patient. Very efficient service highly integrated with electronic record keeping and data analytics. Listens intently acts quickly most of the time but I feel that my suggestions were at times quickly dismissed.

She is excellent doctor because she is very on top of everything she helped me through my health journey and she is very understanding and helping people through it she is my friend and she would be 100 percent the best doctor for all of my friends

My virtual visit had technical difficulties and this was my first “meeting” with Chelsea, so some of the questions weren’t applicable. But, she and her office kept trying to connect and once we did she seemed aware of my history, the current issue and what she wanted to do going forward.

Absolutely great, already referred my daughter (age [AGE]) to her. She is thrilled with the way she is being treated. Dr Chelsea makes your visit fun yet she's very serious about your health. She doesn't hesitate to explain anything you don't understand & is truly interested in your concerns.

I always feel very comfortable when going for my appointments. I have seen a different doctor when Chelsea was not available and he was very pleasant and they got me in as soon as possible.. I really did like him. I think they have a great staff there. I would recommend them to everyone.

She is amazing. Chelsea listens to concerns and answers all your questions respectfully and in a manner you understand. If you don't understand something and ask questions, Chelsea breaks it down for you in a polite manner. Chelsea makes you feel heard and follows up with your concerns. In my opinion, Chelsea has saved my life on two occasions. Once when I was battling anxiety/depression and she got me comfortable with a plan of medicine and therapy, Chelsea made me comfortable, and I trusted her fully. Secondly when Chelsea listened to me about needing peace of mind when it came to my breast health, she had me on a 6 month routine of mammogram/ultrasound which led to the early detection of my breast cancer. I would follow her anywhere to keep the care, support, and confidence I have in her.
