What else would you like to say about your experience?
Everything was great. The only thing, the check-out process was hard to find, like where Dr. Sussey aid room was to check out. I went to the wrong checkout. If they just have a little sign in the hallway, checkout for medical doctors, that would work. But I was just a little confused with the checkout process. That was it. Otherwise, everybody gets it perfect.

Dana is absolutely wonderful. I have known her for years. What she does well is she figures out what is going on based to individual needs and she takes the time to get to know the person individually. In my case, I came in and she had a background history on me and she knew that I had certain allergies and different things going on. So she was able to look at the issue that I was having and identify it from that lens. So Dana is good at having a history with the patient and taking that into account.

The only problem I had was that I called a week prior and was answered by a recording and to leave my name and number and they would return my call needless to say I waited so Friday I called back and was given an appointment that morning.

Shauna is a very nice doctor. She's the best one I've had. I don't have anything negative to say about that office. They do a great job. Every time I'm there, it's timely. They listen. Very friendly. I love going to that doctor. I love going to Shauna.

I wish all medical personnel were as kind and friendly as Dr. Bhutto's office. While I don't like going to the doctor, Dr. Bhutto is a kind friendly person.

We had a very good experience with Dr. Bhutto and we don't have any complaints except for I do not appreciate a telephone survey. I will fill the ones out that are emailed to me, but I don't want to be called again. I'm in the middle of something and it's too hard to do.

This provider was very patient, understanding, and most of all, listened to the patient's needs and allowed him to explain what he was feeling and going through, which I feel like that was very important of a provider to have patience and listen to the patient's needs as well as offer their advice and recommendations on getting better. So I think that is very important, a very good skill to have so that we all could be on the same page.

This was my first visit to this office. Doctors and nurses were courteous and thorough. I felt like I was not rushed. The doctor answered my questions and concerns, professionally and directly, and asked me if I understood what he had explained.

Dr Blake Rodgers is an excellent physician. He listens very intently. His staff is very competent and enthusiastic about patient wellness. I have already referred Dr. Rodgers to my family -- my husband! My husband was also very impressed after his appointment. Thank you

Dr. Gilbert Gartman is a wonderful lady, wonderful professional. She's very polite. She's complete with answering questions and she's a good listener. She doesn't make me feel rushed.

Yes, Dr. Koch has been my nephrologist for years. He is very tentative in talking with me about my medicine, about my weight, about my kidney, about my tests that I've taken. So I would definitely recommend anyone who's having issues with their kidney to book an appointment with Dr. Koch.

Dr. Jazeer Farah is absolutely the best!
He is so very courteous and polite, treating me always with respect. He is a careful listener, asking thorough questions. I am convinced that he is an excellent cardiologist, providing me with the best care.
I have recommended that my husband switch from his cardiologist to Dr. Farah. I am completely pleased with the treatment I am receiving.

Lucy is an excellent healthcare provider. She always takes the time to listen to me, never makes me feel rushed, and genuinely cares about how I’m doing. I feel comfortable talking with her and always feel that my concerns are heard and taken seriously. I’m very grateful for the care Lucy provides.

IMO, Dr. Schenewerk has both the depth and variety of very competitive treatment approaches and experiences to support measurable quality of life improvement and or sustainment of quality care for patients. His patient-approach is relaxed but focused and results oriented. His instructions are clear, simple and easy to follow and his support team compliment such excellence. Expression of such talent simply supports ans improves community wellness.

I think the world of Cody Bilderback, NP. She is the best GI person I have ever known. She takes time to listen and answers questions to my understanding. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a GI specialist.

I'm looking forward to being under the care of PA Moore. I've personally seen how well she and her team have taken care of my elderly father. This the primary reason I've asked to be under her care and the care of the BJC team.
