What could have been done to improve your experience?
The Dr was rushed, with less than 10 minutes in person, and complaining he had an entire hallway of patients he needed to get to when he reached being in the room after 4 minutes.

Staff were professional and courteous. Dr Stirton is the best. He was not rushed, took time to answer questions and very effective and professional. It was an outstanding visit and the way he greets the patient and administers painless shots in both knees is beyond great. Dr Stirton is amazing and such a great doctor with abtremendos bedside manner

Dr. Stirton was excellent is every expert of my visit. I felt I was being well treated and taken care of. Answering my questions with clarity and professionalism. I couldn’t ask for a better visit.

Even though Dr. Stirton was running behind, he took the time to get X-rays and come back to discuss results and surgery options. He was very gracious.

Yes! This was the fastest appointment I've ever had and in the best way! No waiting in the waiting room, doctor was in the exam room in less than 2 minutes! He explained everything, verified what we were doing and let me know about follow up.

Seriously was the best appointment! Can't say enough good things about it!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Stirton is extremely polite, attentive, and listens to his patients’ comments. This was my second visit about the same issue and I came away feeling like now there is a plan to move forward in my treatment.. The first visit revealed that I did not need a hip replacement.; however the problem had persisted so he reviewed the x-ray and found another issue. I came away feeling relieved that we are getting to the root of the problem. I am very impressed with Dr. Stirton. All the staff members were friendly and efficient 😀

Dr Stirton was extremely attentive and made me feel heard concerning my complaints. Assured me that the surgery was warranted.

I waited over a half an hour once I was in the room.

Everything and everybody was excellent. Dr. Stilton is amazing, and his associates are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I would not go anywhere else or be treated by anyone else.

Dr. Stirton made me very comfortable during my visit. He explained my situation clearly and I like his conservative approach. He is polite, professional and covered all the bases. I know that when I have my surgery I have chosen the right Doctor.

The staff was great as well as Dr. Stirton. Everything was explained to me. Decisions made were left up to me as to how I wished to proceed with my course of treatment.

It was my first appointment to the clinic for a knee injection. I love that the doctor has set up a clinic where you check in receive your shot and simply check out. Very time efficient for patients, staff and the doctor.
