Dr Stirton was very thorough and professional. He took all the time needed to explain in detail everything I needed to know and understand. I was needless to say very impressed.

It was my first time seeing the doctor. He was extremely courteous and professional. He performed the treatment I came for without any problems or concerns and said he'd see me next time. I was extremely happy with everything about the visit

Nothing at all. The service and care i got was exceptional.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The doctor became distracted by a text message about a patient in surgery. I appreciate that the patient is important to Dr. Stirten, but he left my appointment early on that account. I felt abandoned and disrespected because he put someone else else’s Care above mine. I feel like my healthcare is important to me and I would like to think it is important to the BJC system. After this visit, I am not sure.

All staff go above and beyond in caring and kindness explaining what they're doing and answering any questions that I have that's why I choose this office and the staff for all my orthopedic needs.

Dr STIRTON , what a wonderful man so kind and considerate so easy to talk to I would follow him no matter where he goes. He’s done my two knees and my hip. I just love him my last incident. He actually called me at home to make sure I was doing OK.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
There’s nothing that nobody could’ve done to improve my visit. Everything was top-notch 100%. Everybody at the office his assistance, especially himself Dr. STIRTON is top rate You go anywhere in our town and mentioned his name they go oh my God he’s the best And he is the best

Of course Dr. Stirton and staff they just made our day. This office needs to teach other officers how to make people feel comfortable during there visits.

Each person was kind and efficient. I was greeted immediately and checked in. I'd say everyone was extraordinary. I am grateful for everyone who was there. They all seem happy with their jobs. I feel very confident in their ability to give extraordinary care to their clients. I know that Dr. Stirton has a great reputation in our community. Thank you.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Staff as always are kind, polite, caring and yet professional as well. Dr. Stirton is a God send to us all in need of Ortho care as well. He ranks at the top in my opinion.
