Dr, Mossman is straightforward and direct. He is a great listener.

I feel like Dr. Mossman always gets to the point and figures out exactly what's wrong with you and gives you very good care and he walks the extra mile. One time I was in the hospital, they sent me home in three days. As I'm walking in the door, he called to see, to tell me I needed to get right back at the hospital. They should not have discharged me and he knew right away that happened. I put all my faith in Dr. Mossman and his staff.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Mossman is very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. I have no complaints. The meeting was felt a little bit rushed. I'm not sure what that was all about, but I don't know. That might have just been how it was because there wasn't much to talk about. Not necessarily a negative thing.

I was so impressed with Dr. Mossman. He had read all my records before my first visit with him and listened to me very carefully. I feel very fortunate to have found him and look forward to my next appointment.

I have never had any bad experiences with Dr. Mossman or really the BJC Health System. I am very, very pleased with all of the providers that I have seen and I will continue to see them. Thank you.

My experience with BJC Healthcare is always excellent. They listen to you and explain your condition to you. Each person I I come in contact with are excellent.

Dr. Mossman was thorough with his assessment and history taking. The visit was personalized and conversational rather than your routine doctor’s check up. His office staff were all amazing and welcoming as well.

Dr. Mossman spent a good amount of time with me going through all of the questions that I had and going through my lab results and explaining things that I wanted to understand better. We had a good discussion about various parts of the lab results and I felt comfortable being able to ask him questions.

Dr. Mossman is an extremely good physician and his staff is always courteous and helpful. And I followed him from Alton to St. Louis. Dr. Mossman, his staff, A1, number one. Good, excellent doctor and a good staff. Thank you.

The overall care was good. My only main feedback would be to ask more questions about the individual, maybe get to know them a little bit more. So there's more of a connection there.
