She explained everything very well and if I didn’t quite understand she explained it again. Took her time. Told me my options as far as starting treatment and we made a plan.

Mary was quite patient and thorough. She explained in simple terms and was honest and explained what will probably be my most common yet difficult adjustment or attempts to find how I can adapt to personal care and toilet needs. It was easy to discuss very personal needs with her.
