This was a needed reset for me at the BJC Shiloh location. This visit was exceptional.
From the moment I arrived the care, regard, and treatment was top of the line. The front office staff was helpful and kind, the doctors assistant was outstanding, and the doctor was amazing. I got more care that I expected and I’d definitely return and recommend them.

I should have seen Dr Hughes years ago. This is best my knee has felt in 4 or 5 years. Will definitely be back for a follow-up.

The process was efficient. By the time I was in a room and Doctor came in.. he already had the ex-rays and plan of progress. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested and was in my car 45 minutes after my arrival. The process is smooth and good for people with a job. This was a great experience. Perhaps other BJC Drs should take notes.

Dr. Hughes explained everything about my knee issues with me. I needed reassurance and some options to think about. I am satisfied with the outcome. Dr. Hughes and his staff are professional and courteous.

Dr. Hughes is exceptional! Very attentive and personable, which is very very rare. We will be devastated when he retires. Amazing physician and a friend.

Dr. Hughes went above and beyond in treating me for a fall I had. Had me get an xray, showed me the results with an easy to understand explanation and then provided me with a wrist brace. Put the brace on. I was very appreciative of all he did.

Yes, to improve, I guess, would be just a little more time in the office visit. Seemed like a little bit too rushed to get to the next patient. But other than that, he was very good. I'm satisfied. Just more time would have been nice

Dr Hughes was fantastic at explaining my knee problem, my options and treatment going forward. He gave me a packet of what to expect for possible knee surgery. It had excellent examples which related to car tires, grass, etc which really helped me understand what would happen if I had surgery. Dr Hughes is very caring, thoughtful and thorough. I’m so thankful I was able to see him!

Dr Hughes takes the necessary time to understand patient conditions and fully explains diagnosis and required treatment. Never pushy and offers options to solution.

Listen to your patients when they are trying to give you their medical and physical history. Don't cut them off and jump right into their pain.

The front desk and xray team couldn't have been better. And Dr Hughes is worth waiting for! He has done work on me before and if I have my druthers - I will always opt for him and his team!
