Kept me informed as to my evolving condition .Explained options developing toward treatment. I Tried to place this recent ailment into perspective.
I also appreciated Dr Hagemens openness.

Dr. Haegeman has always been professional and I feel really cared for as a patient..Never feel rushed. Many years with this group and no plans to leave.

Dr. Hageman is awesome. He listens to you. He explains everything you need to you. He took the time to listen and talk to me about my sister's recent cancer diagnosis. She's not a patient of his. He doesn't even know her. He knew this was weighing heavily on me. He put me at ease. I actually walked away feeling better.

My wait time was less than 10 minutes and once taken back only waited 5 minutes to see the doctor.

Yes, I've been going there for maybe 20 years or so. And you ask questions with the PA and Dr. Hageman and they answer them right away and they always call you back right away. And that's about all I have to say, but I'm satisfied with all of them up there. For 25 years, I guess.

Yes, Dr. Hagman is an excellent medical provider. I have ultimate confidence in him. He is a very personable individual and he is a pleasure to work with and again explains very, very well. So I would definitely continue to rate him at a 10 in any area that I've had any experience with or dealings with. So yeah, excellent, excellent facility and excellent medical provider. Thank you.
