This visit was a new patent one and I have a complicated history. Dr. Hageman was wonderful. Very personable, professional, patient and knowledgeable. Everyone else performed their duties very well. I felt respected and well cared for.

The nurse who took my vitals, etc. was very personable and efficient. Dr. Hageman by is always easy to talk with and explains well.

The Doctor and all of the staff were friendly and VERY competent and professional.

The visit was perfect. We did not have to wait long. Results of tests were given and explained. Nothing could have been improved.

Everyone was very polite respectful friendly and caring. Dr Hagan is a special Dr as he has a unique quality of being down to earth and remembering the patients interests and concerns. He is excellent

Listen to patient and really understand what the patient is feeling or experiencing. I felt very ignored at this visit, and really could have done without seeing as nothing I needed was addressed and if it was addressed I was made to feel as though my concerns were invalid.
