My wait time was less than 10 minutes and once taken back only waited 5 minutes to see the doctor.

Yes, I've been going there for maybe 20 years or so. And you ask questions with the PA and Dr. Hageman and they answer them right away and they always call you back right away. And that's about all I have to say, but I'm satisfied with all of them up there. For 25 years, I guess.

Yes, Dr. Hagman is an excellent medical provider. I have ultimate confidence in him. He is a very personable individual and he is a pleasure to work with and again explains very, very well. So I would definitely continue to rate him at a 10 in any area that I've had any experience with or dealings with. So yeah, excellent, excellent facility and excellent medical provider. Thank you.

Great primary care experience; I've a complex of health issues that require care beyond the primary.

I am a relatively new patient to Dr. Hegeman's practice but I am treated as if I were going there for years. Dr. Hageman even knows about my other doctor visits that are not even in the BJC network through the Epic/MyChart system.
