Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Neville was so patient with my husband as he was very worried what he would hear about some test results at this visit. He was still concerned so she made sure that he understood that another test was not necessary but if he wanted to get that test he could. My husband has been very anxious about the last test results and wants to have the next test to make sure it is not as bad as he thinks it is. Can't say enough how patient and understanding Dr Neville was with him during the whole visit.

Dr. Neville has always taken time and care with me during my appointments. I feel she is excellent at answering questions and giving good direction concerning my healthcare. Can’t say enough good things about her!

Dr Neville is great at asking questions and listening to answers and concerns. I appreciate that my physician takes the time to talk with me and address any concerns.

Dr. Neville always takes the time to ask questions and listen throughly. I never feel rushed or unimportant. She genuinely focuses on understanding how your feeling, talking through symptoms and offering options within the care plan.

Dr. Neville is always attentive to my concerns. She never rushes me through the exam. Her attention is on me and my needs when I am in the room. I would give her 10 stars on a scale of 5 stars.

Dr. Neville is so easy to talk to. Very comfortable discussing personal issues. She spends as much time with me that I need. Her communication skills are excellent.

Dr. Neville is just about perfect! She’s very thorough and thoughtful, explains things in a clear manner, and is kind and concerned in her manner.

My appointment was delayed a bit. Dr. Neville was very apologetic, but she didn’t rush me in the least during my appointment, and I understand.

Doctor Neville went over and beyond taking care to order test right then, in on the office that I wasn't expecting and I'm very thankful that she did.!

Dr. Neville listens to me regarding health concerns and takes time to answer questions and provide solutions to problems. I appreciate the fact that if I call the office I can typically get in to see someone that day or the following day. I know that Dr. Neville truly cares about her patients.

Dr Neville discussed what I am experiencing post op, stated she understood my confusion and is willing to work with me to help clear the problem..Having your provider take the time to make me feel completely as if my problem may not be something seen very often, doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. I appreciate being validated and cared for.

I am a fairly new patient of Dr Neville’s. It was my second time seeing her. She was very welcoming, patient and attentive to my concerns. Spent what I felt was an excessive amount of time with me. Made sure I had all my questions answered. Great doctor!!!!

Jennifer gave us a good amount of time and covered all the bases for follow up after an emergency room visit. We were really happy to have her input and her diagnosis, and her interest and attention was really sweet. She’s a really good doctor.
