Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Jennifer gave us a good amount of time and covered all the bases for follow up after an emergency room visit. We were really happy to have her input and her diagnosis, and her interest and attention was really sweet. She’s a really good doctor.

Dr Neville is an excellent primary physician for an elder like me. She is willing to work with me to Look for solutions to problems that are not fixable. This improves my quality of life so I am grateful she is a good listener.

Dr. Neville is always an excellent provider. She listens, explains things well, she does not judge, she is kind, and she knows her stuff medically. This visit was a hospitalization follow-up. She was able to stress to me how sick I had been and where we needed to go now. This woman is incredible and should be recognized as such.

This was my first visit with Dr. Jennifer Neville and she was very personable. I could tell that she had looked at my chart before my visit. She put me at ease and answered all of my questions. Dr. Neville explained what I needed to do next. I’m happy she was recommended to me even though it took 7 months to see her.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Neville was extremely professional, compassionate, and a great listener. Signage in the facility was extraordinary. I found the building to be a maze, but staff made sure I could find my way around after leaving the office, and subsequently the x-ray department, the signage was very clear to get out of the building.

When my PCP retired, I tried to get care from Dr. Neville but she had already taken too many patients. Then, I had the opportunity to engage in her practice and I am NOT disappointed. She explains things in a manner that you can understand and takes an interest in my healthcare.

From the moment you arrive you're #1. You're greeted with a smile at times calls you by your name because they know you. Throughout your visit, nurses and Dr, are incredible. Always caring and polite. You feel like family at every visit. You don't find that much these days. The employees love what they do!
