Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Hollie Yoder spent lots of time going over my full chart and medications to help me figure out what is going on. She asked lots of questions and really listened! I very much appreciate her and will recommend her to anyone needing a new provider!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Hollie Yoder has been a very special contact for me as I have had the need to navigate the need for specialists. She has assisted me in finding experts in the areas I wished to see an expert in the field. She has my best health in mind with each meeting we have had. I’m very fortunate to have her here in my hometown.

One of the best experiences I've ever had. I am extremely happy with the care and efficiency of the visit. Dr. Hollie was very patient and professional, taking everything seriously.

The team did an excellent job. My only criticism was they were running behind time by 15 minutes.

I love Holly she is great but my only concern is she mentioned therapy but did not tell me what it would be for.

Hollie Yoder is the top of all the difference doctors I have seen in the last 18years of being in Illinois. She is the best at her job than I feel any others are. Her nurse is awesome as well. I cannot remember her name but she is always very caring and professional in all interactions I have had with her.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
If we could have gotten an MRI right after the visit that would be the only thing that could have improved anything.

Hollie is my new primary and this is the second time I have met with her. Both times I find her to take great care in understanding what is happening and not make me feel rushed. She doesn’t make me feel like I’m overreacting when I bring up things or ask questions

Hollie Yoder is one of my top caregivers in the BJC system. She is focused on me and my concerns and offers understanding and health care options appropriate to my needs. Her assis tree ant is also amazing. She is personable and professional. Great team!

Everyone I came in contact with were very helpful and friendly. Hollie is a meticulous nurse practitioner. She always makes sure that she understands what I am going through. Then, she is very thorough in explaining directions to me. I’m very confident that Hollie is giving me the best care possible.

Hollie is outstanding. She is the first provider that always takes her time and actually scrolls through the computer to review my past records and treatments. She goes way back into my history and asks me questions. No other Dr. does that. She is personable and caring. 👍🏼🙂

Everyone was outstanding…from the check-in desk, the staff who showed me to the room, the medical personnel who took my vitals, to Hollie Yoder, my primary care! I feel very confident that I am receiving excellent care when I visit this BJC facility.
