Holly listened to all of my problems and tried to help me solve them and gave me some ideas. I appreciate her help and the time that she took with me.

I will be looking for a new provider after I asked a question she laughed out loud. This is my second negative encounter with this provider.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I came in with an ear infection and my health care provider showed me photos of the inner ear an ear drum. She pointed out one photo and explained that mine looked similar to it. This was interesting and helpful. I was impressed by her knowledge and concern.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
The NP student was very nice and caring and seemed to genuinely care. Once the NP came in, the NP was not friendly and did not even say hello. She spoke about me instead of to me, was very short and curt, and rushed through the rest of the appointment. She did give me advice or guidance on how to follow up. Instead just rushed me off to the lab, did not say goodbye, closed the door on me and that was it. Very dissatisfied with this visit. Did not address the concerns I had. I will be switching practitioners. She was also unfriendly the first time I saw her last year but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and stick with her this year. I'm sorry I did.

Staff and Emily are so wonderful and welcoming. They really make everything convenient and consistent there . I can't say enough about Holly and the people that work directly with her

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Hollie Yoder spent lots of time going over my full chart and medications to help me figure out what is going on. She asked lots of questions and really listened! I very much appreciate her and will recommend her to anyone needing a new provider!

Hollie Yoder has been a very special contact for me as I have had the need to navigate the need for specialists. She has assisted me in finding experts in the areas I wished to see an expert in the field. She has my best health in mind with each meeting we have had. I’m very fortunate to have her here in my hometown.

One of the best experiences I've ever had. I am extremely happy with the care and efficiency of the visit. Dr. Hollie was very patient and professional, taking everything seriously.

The team did an excellent job. My only criticism was they were running behind time by 15 minutes.

I love Holly she is great but my only concern is she mentioned therapy but did not tell me what it would be for.

Hollie Yoder is the top of all the difference doctors I have seen in the last 18years of being in Illinois. She is the best at her job than I feel any others are. Her nurse is awesome as well. I cannot remember her name but she is always very caring and professional in all interactions I have had with her.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
If we could have gotten an MRI right after the visit that would be the only thing that could have improved anything.

Hollie is my new primary and this is the second time I have met with her. Both times I find her to take great care in understanding what is happening and not make me feel rushed. She doesn’t make me feel like I’m overreacting when I bring up things or ask questions
