Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Hollie Yoder is an excellent medical provider and I always feel I receive excellent care when I’m with her. I feel free to express myself with judgement. She listens and will follow up on any questions I may have. I’m grateful she is my provider. I tell everyone about her

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Hollie is outstanding. She is the first provider that always takes her time and actually scrolls through the computer to review my past records and treatments. She goes way back into my history and asks me questions. No other Dr. does that. She is personable and caring. 👍🏼🙂

Everyone was outstanding…from the check-in desk, the staff who showed me to the room, the medical personnel who took my vitals, to Hollie Yoder, my primary care! I feel very confident that I am receiving excellent care when I visit this BJC facility.

Nothing. Everything wast excellent!

Every staff member that I encountered was friendly and professional. Dr. Hollie is always a good listener and does whatever she can to make me feel heard and under excellent care.

All the staff members from my initial telephone inquiry to Hollie Yoder visiting with me via video teleconference were all exceptional in courtesy, attention to detail, knowledge and reliability.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Going to a doctors appointment is typically something that people dread. I always look forward to my appointments with Hollie. She’s always so helpful and does everything in her power to make sure my needs are met. I always recommend her to anyone looking for a provider.

Hollie Yoder took time to listen to me, expedited CT scan based on recent fall. She ordered x-rays and lab work. She personally called me with all results. Exceptional care as always.

Holly Yoder and her medical assistant were very detailed in my medical treatment. They asked detailed questions concerning my health and treatment during my visit.

Medical assistant very sweet and very intuned with me, Hollie is by far so sweet and make sure everything is answered without nothing being left out, and finally Robin she is awesome woman , she checks you out and makes me laugh very sweet woman. The whole staff is awesome

Hollie Yoder is impressive in her skills and knowledge. This was my first appointment with her and I feel secure that should I need to return for medical care, I would receive all of the attention concern for my well being that I need. Her assistant was also excellent. She was personable and professional which is an excellent combination when the staff member is the first person you meet during a visit.

The intake representative was excellent in obtaining information and delivery of it. I am always in awe of Hollie. She is an excellent medical practitioner, she listens, shows care and concern regarding my best care. I’m extremely grateful and appreciative that she is my medical practitioner - she’s EXCELLENT.
