Dr Gortman was running behind as she got caught up with a patient. Her nurse came in to let me know what was going on and that she would be in as soon as she could and apologized for the delay. When Dr Gortman came in she apologized and let me know that my time was valuable as well and she was so sorry for the hold up. She did not rush my appointment even though it was the end of the day. She took all the time that was needed and made sure I didn’t have any questions before leaving. I was very impressed with how she and her staff handled the situation.

Dr. Gilbert-Gortman is amazing. She listens to your concerns and walks you through the plan for discovery, diagnosis and treatment. If any required.

I can't say enough about Dr Gortman. Out of all the primary doctors I have seen she is the only one that truly cares and goes out of her way to make sure her patient(s) are well taken care of. I mean I have never seen a doctor besides Dr Gortman ask for test to make sure nothing else is going on besides what we are discussing. She is always happy, a great listener never seem rushed and she is always there to help. Couldn't ask for a better primary doctor.

Everyone that was in the office at the time of my visit was very friendly. I think I was the last patient of the day & nothing felt rushed or hurried.
