Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Gilbert Gortman is excellent. She never makes me feel like she is in a rush. She listens intently and provides feedback.

My observation is that all of the personnel are masters of his or her functioning expertise.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It would be difficult to try to improve on Perfect Medical Care.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Gortman has been proactive for me. I don't feel as though I have to know what I need before I come in. Ignorance of the issues I may face has been a problem with other doctors who haven't addressed issues I didn't specifically ask about. Love Dr. Gortman as my doctor.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not this visit specifically, but after being diagnosed with C.Diff, I was given no instructions by the physician as to what I should eat or not eat, what the protocols are for sanitizing my home, having visitors, etc. I was told to stay home from work while on the antibiotic, but do I need to after? Those things should have been addressed from the start. This instantly put me in panic mode because I am aware of the seriousness and I don’t feel like I was getting a lot of support from the physician.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Each step from check in was handles efficiently with clear directions and assistance. My doctor took her time listening and let me express my concerns and needs. I left feeling I was able to voice my concerns and have input in my care. Ultimately my doctors care was in my best interest for my health issues. From check in to check out was met with helpful and kind assistance.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
At this time nothing. I spent time with the doctor asked questions. She gave me excellent feedback and care. I think I’ve found my new primary physician after my last Nurse Practitioner moved in to another career.

Dr. Gilbert-Gortman is patient and listens to my concerns. She helps calm my nerves when I have questions and I like that she is thorough.

Dr. Gortman arranged an appointment for me at the wound center within a week of the visit and also ordered an antibiotic to prevent infection. Dr. Gortman also ordered a prescription for a rash and it was effective within a day. She listened and provided the needed action/meds.
