Dr Gortman was a listening ear and very caring about my heart condition that she wasn't aware of since another doctor didn't send her no paper on what was happening. Dr Gortman is a doctor who listens, has excellent bedside manner and listens to her patients and doesn't make them feel like they aren't nothing to her. I love going to see her she makes the visit feel less stressful. I mean most doctors don't walk in the door and say excellent blood pressure and walks out saying this is a thumbs up visit. So glad she is my primary doctor.

From start (check-in) to finish (check-out) I felt the entire visit was extraordinary. The staff was friendly, informative and thorough and I felt taken care of by each staff member I encountered during my visit. I am thrilled that I have switched to this office for my healthcare needs. I am most excited about being a new patient of Dr. Gilbert-Gortman. She took her time to address my questions about my health and my upcoming stress test and being a new patient I felt she was very thorough in reviewing my medical history and got to know me. I look forward to working with her (and her staff) and improving my overall health. Thank you! :)

The DR. Jaleesa Gilbert-Gortman is most excellent doctor giving excellent care in the office and on my chart when needed. She is timely with explaining test results. She is on time with appointments CARE IS EXTRAORDINARY AS SHE DOESNT JUST HEAR BUT SHE ACTUALLY LISTENS TO WHAT THE Patient SAYS AND TRIES TO HELP with solutions needed. This is rare. She is friendly approachable and open to questions . She is thorough. She cares that the patient.. has an extraordinary outcome from the visit.I just ANT PRAISE HER SNOUGH. PLEASE SHE DESEVES RECOGNITION FOR HER WORK AS THE BEST DOCTOR EVER SHE GOES BEYOND THE PALE.
