Dr Gilbert was very careful to ensure a requested Rx was in the appropriate level for my safety. I look forward to her care in the future.

Dr. Gortman arranged an appointment for me at the wound center within a week of the visit and also ordered an antibiotic to prevent infection. Dr. Gortman also ordered a prescription for a rash and it was effective within a day. She listened and provided the needed action/meds.

This was a very pivotal appointment for me, and I felt like my doctor really took time to have an intentional conversation with me. She could see that the situation was one that was very upsetting to me and had me concerned and she changed her position in the chair and gave me her full attention. It meant so much to me to know that she cared about me as a person and a patient. I feel very lucky to have her as a physician and in my corner. She gave me honest feedback and we discussed collaboratively about options. I am not just another MRN number to her. She is a very impactful role in my life and for that she is extraordinary!

The entire staff has always been friendly, prompt, courteous and communicative. Dr. Gilbert-Gortman is the best. She actually listens and doesn't rush me out. I've recommended her on multiple occasions.

Dr, Gortman and her nurse were excellent. I’ve been going through some emotional times since my husband passed away 5 months ago. Both were sympathetic, understanding and helpful.
